Consider "Kuron" never actually being Kuron. It was still Shiro all along. There were never clones. He was just mindhacked with the arm. He kept his long hair and stubble. We still get the cool new altean arm but god please make it attachable in some way. Keith breaks the mindhack with his i love you and Shiro just,,,gay panics!and screams i love you back. Keith cries. Shiro cries. I'm crying. It all ends back on earth with the killing of Haggar. Then on it's the Paladins helping the post-war universe. A whole season of wholesome Voltron. Lotor gets his redemption and funds a new Altea with Romelle and the surviving Alteans. The finale? Allura and Lance are the spokecouple of the Altea-Earth alliance and Coran is happily "retired" from political duty and lovingly takes care of allurance's children, while also sneakingly giving political advice to their parents. Pidge and Matt work in the Garrison. Hunk is a world renowned chef and advocate for worker's rights. Shiro and Keith come back from their 360 earth days long trip for a week around their friends. Their lives post war fixup have consisted of traveling around space in the black lion, exploring every nook and cranny, doing the thing they love the most, with the person each loves the most. This time, tho, we see a kneeling Shiro at Hunk and Shay's yearly bbq, a teary Keith, and everyone around them incredibly happy and/or cheering. Next shot? Next year, Hunk and Shay's, only Keith and Shiro are closer than usual and both of them bear gold rings on their,,well, ring fingers. Shiro still kept the long hair and stubble. Consider.
