[Announcement] Notice on Postponement of The Ssum's Release & Opening Video Disclosure
Hello, everyone. This is Cheritz.
It is our deepest regret to inform you that the global release date of The Ssum, which was originally scheduled on the 31st of March, has been postponed.
This posting is to notify the simultaneous pre-service that will be held in the following stated locations.
We would like to sincerely apologize to all those who have been awaiting the release of the game.
The soft launched version of The Ssum will be released in India and Malaysia after going through a Store inspection in April.
Scheduled Date : 4th of April, 2018
Location : Malaysia, India
*The game will be soft launched in those limited areas in order to provide a stable service.
*Some functions may be improved or added in the actual launching of game.
The Ssum contains a vast amount of scenario, image and voice files and is based on real time streaming service. Therefore, we consider stability to be our number one priority.
Since this is our first try with such technicality, we came to a conclusion that we should launch the game officially once it is stable enough for our users to enjoy.
The mobile markets in the allocated locations have been expanding recently, and are therefore known to have relatively low speculations of the distributed devices.
Thus, we Cheritz, have decided that we will be able to test the stability of our services and collect enough data we need in order to make our gameplay more smooth through the soft launch in those locations.
We will return with our officially finalized game after we have gained a sufficient level of stability and entertainment during the pre-service period.
We are sincerely sorry to all those who have looked forward to the release of the game for having to notify the postponement of the launch date.
All in all, rather than to inform you of the estimated launch date of The Ssum in the future, we will try our utmost best to communicate more often with our users.
Once we have confirmed that we have gained enough stability regarding our first technical tryout, we will do our best to share the news with our users through our Cheritz Team Diary or short SNS postings.
Our Cheritz team is mainly consisted of game developers and we, therefore, lack the communication skills that a Marketing Director or a public relations specialist can provide us with.
Nonetheless, we are all very aware of the messages you send us and we will continue to prioritize in building a trusting relationship with our users.
On a separate note, Mystic Messenger is being optimized daily for a smoother gameplay.
We hope that our games may brighten up your days.
