The ALS challenge finally caught up to me! At first I was annoyed with this challenge and tired of seeing the posts but had my mind and heart changed by seeing countless videos of victims of ALS and their families endorsing it and showing their appreciation. My only wish is that people wouldn't only watch and then pour water on themselves but actually donate! I challenge all of my followers (I know it's not many) in hopes that we can spread this message even farther!

Thought of you today...

I thought a lot about you today.

Though about how easily you could make me smile

Thought about how beautiful you are today

Thought about how my thoughts get drowned out by the beating of my heart whenever I hear your voice or even see the silhouette of your shadow dancing on the floor as your round the corner

I thought about how the strength of the faith you have in me begs me to be a better man. 

Thought about how I could look into your eyes and see all the way through to our grandkids eyes

Thought about how the first time I ever saw you crying, it took every ounce of strength in me not to break down but I got down and broke through your walls and held you till the sun rose. 

Mostly I think about your name, if only I could even know your name so I would know what to write across my heart

How I wish that life would bring me to you, but selfishly I want to be the one to find you, to discover you, to see you across the room and know without a doubt that you're the one for me. 

And when I do, I'll apologize...

Because my mother taught me that I should never keep a lady waiting but I wanted to take it all in. 

I thought a lot about you today, but to be honest no more than yesterday and no less than I will tomorrow. 

Because of all this, I know the answer I'll give our son the day he asks how I knew you were the one. 

I'll look him in your eyes, and tell him it's because I thought of you today...
