NHỮNG NGHỊCH LÝ TRONG CUỘC SỐNG CẦN HỌC CÁCH CHẤP NHẬN

1. Bạn càng muốn giữ ai ở bên mình thì vô tình bạn càng đẩy người ta ra xa.

2. Càng tranh cãi với ai thì càng không thể thuyết phục người ta đồng ý với bạn được. Bởi vì phần lớn các cuộc tranh luận thiên về cảm xúc và cái tôi, sự chủ quan của cá nhân. Nó hiếm khi vì mục đích logic của sự việc, mà lại thiên về thắng – thua.

4. Bạn càng thất bại nhiều lần thì xác suất thành công của bạn càng cao. Có thể bạn đã nghe những ví dụ này nhiều lần: Edison đã thử nghiệm 10.000 lần mới phát minh thành công bóng đèn dây tóc; Michael Jordan từng bị đuổi khỏi câu lạc bộ ở trường học. Thành công đến từ sự cải thiện để cho tốt hơn, và muốn cải thiện thì phải đi đường vòng hoặc đường thẳng chứ không có đường tắt.

5. Bạn càng e ngại làm điều gì, thì nhiều khả năng bạn sẽ làm nó. Chẳng hạn như vượt qua nỗi sợ để tìm việc làm mới, nói chuyện trước công chúng, thử kinh doanh riêng, đứng lên bảo vệ chính kiến của mình, lần đầu tiên thú nhận một điều gì đó… Tất cả đều khiến bạn sợ, bởi vì chúng đáng thực hiện nên chúng mới trở nên đáng sợ như vậy.

6. Càng học, bạn càng nhận ra mình chẳng biết gì. Mỗi khi bạn hiểu ra một điều gì đó, thì trong đầu bạn lại nảy sinh nhiều câu hỏi hơn.

7. Chúng ta càng dễ kết nối với nhau thông qua các phương tiện sẵn có, thì chúng ta càng thấy cô đơn. Thế giới ngày càng trở nên cô đơn và trầm uất trong vài chục năm gần đây, do đó hãy sống thực với mình. Những cái gì quá ảo sẽ khiến bạn bớt tự tin trong đời thực.

8. Bạn càng sợ thất bại, bạn càng dễ thất bại.

9. Điều duy nhất chắc chắn chính là chẳng có gì chắc chắn. Hiểu được điều này bạn sẽ bớt bi lụy và trông chờ hơn.

10. Điều duy nhất không thay đổi chính là sự thay đổi.

Phật nói có một loài hoa, vô sanh vô tử, vô khổ vô bi, vô dục vô cầu, là thế giới cực lạc quên hết thảy đau khổ. Có một loại hoa, thoát khỏi tam giới, không thuộc ngũ hành, sinh tại bờ bên kia, không cành không lá, màu đỏ rực rỡ hoa lệ, Phật nói đó là bỉ ngạn hoa. Khi hoa bỉ ngạn nở, chỉ có một màu lửa đỏ; hoa nở không có lá, có lá không có hoa; tương niệm nhớ mong nhưng không thể gặp nhau, một mình cô độc trên con đường đến bờ bên kia.  Kinh Phật nói, tình là do nhân quả, duyên quyết định sinh tử. Duyên đã tẫn thì tình cũng hết, có kiếp này chưa chắc có kiếp sau, trả hết nợ một đời, thì không thể dây dưa thêm nữa. Vì vậy nếu yêu, xin hãy nói yêu thôi, đừng nói yêu mãi mãi…
