JMBE uploaded without knowledge or permission

It’s come to my attention that my JMBE mod has been uploaded to the Steam Workshop without my knowledge or permission. While I appreciate the uploader giving me credit for my work, I’d like to take this moment to inform that person and everyone else reading this that JMBE is not to be uploaded outside of spaces I consider to be private (Tumblr, DA, FA, Skype, Discord, etc.)

The reason for this is because JMBE’s in its alpha stages (meaning shit’s missing or broken), and I take first impressions pretty seriously, especially in public spaces. Uploading it to private spaces means I can show people progress updates.

Sorry this wasn’t made clear sooner.

Do you think you’ll do a nude version, with possible physics?

Nude version, definitely, but while physics is possible for the nude sprites, it’s ultimately impossible because of how the chest armor rendering system works

Time to Patreon

So with the release of JMBE in Alpha, I think it’s time I cleaned up my Patreon page, and start putting in the link to the page with every update, starting with the next Alpha update.

I was going to go on a spiel about putting the page link to the header page, but then I realized Tumblr would hide posts from searches anyway because I need to include a download link to the latest build. That, and much of my audience has been built from the slow, wonderful spread of reblogs.

Welp, this is going to be a bit of a painful cleanup job.

JMBE’s entered Alpha! Literally only the base sprites for the 7 default species are what’s considered truly done. It’ll enter Beta when all the clothes and armour sets all have their colours block-painted.

If you, to whom it may concern, think that de-stressing from a game like Diablo 2 and Elder Scrolls by making item packs based on both properties for another game, is a cowardly act and is no different to me “running away” from my problems instead of “confronting” it, kindly go fuck off. There’s nothing productive about me screaming at a game trying to figure out what made the game crash, or what obtuse mechanic I permanently missed on my lengthy playthrough of the game that permanently fucked me over.
