Learning To Fly - Pink Floyd / The Dying Slave - Michelangelo

(Requested by a wonderful anon. I was reminded of Michelangelo’s quote “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free” and realised there was no one better to match the beauty of being set free and flying that the song conveys. I chose this piece as the sculpture is clearly breaking free from the stone, which seemed to mirror the idea of breaking free in the song).
