All we know as of now is that Josuke and Hol Horse will feature in the story and that the work is due to release in late 2021.

Araki’s comment on Jojoion’s final chapter and a post by Ryokutya2089 are fueling rumors we’re getting a Jojo spinoff this winter (!!), written by ‘Purple Haze Feedback’ author Kouhei Kadono and featuring Josuke and Hol Horse.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will receive a  Part 9 tentatively titled “JoJo Lands.” However, this new part of JoJo’s  Bizarre Adventure will begin after a break. It is unclear as to when  the break will end, or when the new JoJo’z Bizarre Adventure Part will  begin. The information was revealed in a comment from JoJo’s Bizarre  Adventure creator Hirohiko Araki at the end of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure  Part 8 JoJolion. [Thanks, ryokutya2089 and Manga Mogura RE!]

As mentioned previously, there is currently no information as to when JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 9 JoJo Lands  will begin. Additionally, the name of the Part could change due to it  being a tentative title. No information regarding a possible protagonist  has been shared as of yet, either. More information regarding the  upcoming Part will be revealed at a later date.
