All hail feast days! Unmitigated abundance is fun for the whole family. If you love turkey AND yams AND cranberry sauce, you’ll probably also love a Ford with technology AND style AND storage. Now there’s something to be thankful for.
Created by Joe Vaughn
The Tumblr community never goes on holiday, even on Thanksgiving. In between mouthfuls of stuffing and pie, more than 1.3M users posted, liked, and reblogged Turkey Day content.*
This truly delectable post from Ford’s And is Better blog earned more than 100K Notes — the most notes of any Thanksgiving-themed original content that day!

Nice.
Whoever is in charge of Ford’s marketing is a fucking genius
Another fun Stop Motion from our gang...
Green beans AND potatoes AND a turkey leg as big as a toddler’s face. Yes, the season of AND is among us. AND just like a Ford is more awesome when paired with crazy-smart technology AND super style AND comfort, no one should have to choose on Turkey Day. Seconds, anyone?

THANKSGIVING
Eat!
Friends AND party food AND “the big game”—it’s the best AND in the league. Made even better by a Ford with sporty style AND awesome performance. So grab your pals AND grab your Ford AND tailgate responsibly.

Even Halloween has to come to an end. So scrape that pumpkin off the porch and remember there are still Thanksgiving AND New Year’s. Because just like a Ford with style AND tech, there’s enough awesomeness to celebrate all year round.

Carving by Chris Soria with Maniac Pumpkin Carvers

10 days..
Pumpkin Lobotomy Time-Lapse
Detroit Photographer, Joe Vaughn, created this creepy pumpkin time-lapse of Maniac Pumpkin Carver, Brooklyn based, Chris Soria's carving skills. Chris spent 15 hours carving this 360 degree illustration by Jason Smith. If you're not familiar with their work, treat yourself, and head over to their sites linked below. The original commission was for Ford, to create a GIF, which can be found on their site here. Joe decided to take it a little further to create a 22 second edit complete with a song that was made for this. Thank you to Tony Wolski, Scott Lange and Anita Salomon for their creative direction. Enjoy, and happy halloween!

Lobotomy (Greek: λοβός – lobos: "lobe (of brain)"; τομή – tomē: "cut/slice") It consists of cutting or scraping away most of the connections to and from the prefrontal cortex, the anterior part of the frontal lobes of the brain.
Apple pie AND explosions. Just like great gas mileage AND performance, Ford doesn’t think you should have to choose between the things you want. So enjoy this little taste of why And Is Better.

Apple Pie explosion in slow motion
Detroit Photographer, Joe Vaughn, used M80s to destroy 12 pies before finding the perfect Death Star explosion. Shot at 2500 FPS with the Phantom Flex 2K, both the ingredients and the pies were brought together using the Apple Pie track with permission by Danish all-female band, Nelson Can. The original concept was a GIF created for Ford, for their And is Better campaign.
