Yesterday Hendricks Gin organised a Most Unusual Night for Hollands most esteemed bartenders. With a marriage between Cucumber and Rose Petals, Hendricks key ingredients, the guests were indulged by some of Cocktail Professor's most perilous drink experiences. This picture shows the welcoming drink: An edible wedding bouquet of red roses with a vinegrette of cucumber, apple, rasberry and white balsamic vinegar. Delicious crispy and fresh and perfectly matching with the cocktail. The cocktail is a concoction of homemade cucumber vinegrette, two types of honey, walnut oil, lemon and hendricks gin. Fresh with some slight nuttiness.
