I think what mainly makes a pieces coloring cohesive, is choosing the setting and time of day. This way you know what the overall color is that you're trying to achieve! For example, sunset could be a yellow, a pink, a red... ...where night would almost always be dominated by blue!

All colors should bend towards the overall color, white is a good example, it is never JUST white, it'll bend strongly to whatever overall color you're working with!

A lot of my halloween pieces are a good example of how breaking rules like "night is blue" can change the whole mood of a piece, by choosing the night to be red or green.. it gives it an unnatural and spooky vibe.

One of the best classics that always works in picking colors, is using complementary colors in your piece!

And advice many probably hate, but which is the most important one, is experiment, start drawing and coloring, and draw A LOT! Look at references, try different things out! You'll learn best by doing and going for it, a huge part of art is building a sense of intuition, and you can only achieve that by doing.

However, in the navy, the quartermaster is in charge of navigation, which is more Kowalski's forte. In both cases though it's not really a "rank", it's a specialty, so Rico's actual rank is still a mystery 🤔

The ONLY live action remake i would want would be penguins of Madagascar movie. EXCEPT there is no shitty cgi penguins but they are instead played by real human actors who just happen to wear tuxedos all the fucking time, even while relaxing at home. the circus they leave from is an exotic body mod circus, and the zoos are similar except that they are casino night clubs (we can say that this is the future and body mods are extremely popular especially among the wealthy). the enemy is in fact part octopus but all of it is cleverly crafted prosthetics and makeup. the penguins are allowed to swear, but skipper mostly says damn or piss. private is the only one who says fuck and he says it once giving the movie pg-13 rating
