We don't suddenly become strong. Strength, muscles, power need to be conquered. The body is an armor that you forge day by day, in flames. It is often through pain that we find strength. Fighting is part of life, in order to win a fight, we need to work our muscles a lot, work our pain a lot. Fearing pain is a weakness. Pain teaches, pain forges strength. Day after day, failing, falling and rising, we become strong, we gain our power.

Não nos tornamos fortes de repente. A força, os músculos, o poder precisam ser conquistados. O corpo é uma armadura da qual você forja dia a dia, em chamas. Muitas vezes é através da dor que encontramos a força. A luta é parte da vida, para podermos vencer uma luta, precisamos trabalhar muito nossos músculos, trabalhar muito a nossa dor. Temer a dor é uma fraqueza. Dor ensina, dor forja a força. Dia após dia, falhando, caindo e se levantando, ficamos fortes, conquistamos nosso poder.
