Guys, I found this GIF somewhere, I think on Instagram (sorry, not sure who the author was!), and the words on the GIF made me look more closely to the words that Sherlock’s lips are mouthing. Do you see what I see? Does he very subtly mouths “I love you” ? Tell me you see it too? It’s super super subtle, but watch the lips!!! 

I am going to rewatch the Tarmac scene to see if I can place this exact moment.

Hi Steph! I was wondering, do you have any idea why so many fans are certain that John is well endowed? The only thing I have observed is the infamous scene about his dick walk in hlv, but it probably wasn't written like that on purpose right? I don't think the writers made this connection. Also Mary doesn't seem pleased with their sex life in hlv, but again this could be due to other reasons ofc. Sorry for the silly question!

It’s most definitely the scene from HLV that confirmed it. But also the fact that John was doing his dick walk in HLV WITH A TIRE LEVER SHOVED DOWN THE FRONT HIS TROUSERS. BETWEEN HIM LEAVING HOME AND HIM AT THE FLAT WITH SHERLOCK. WHICH WAS POSSIBLY A COUPLE HOURS. HE SAT DOWN. HE STOOD UP. HE FOUGHT A DRUGGIE WITHOUT FLINCHING. AND STILL WALKED LIKE SHERLOCK SAYS JOHN ALWAYS DOES.  

Which means John’s used to accommodating for a lot of room in his pants.

Plus there’s Sherlock’s classic look of shock:

Even he couldn’t properly deduce the size of John’s junk. He may have thought he was joking back in the lab, but here’s the confirmation.

And then John ACKNOWLEDGES he’s got big junk by cracking an erection joke. LIKE.

It’s canon, as far as I’m concerned. And I love silly questions like this <3

Of course Mary knows it. In the scene at Bart’s when Billy Wiggins starts deducing John, something he says upsets her. That’s when she mistakenly(or maybe not) hurts Billy’s arm while trying to wrap it, but she looks briefly upset in that shot. It told me she has noticed what he has been doing.
