Where do you find your models? And how do you choose them?

Well, I find them all over the place: Facebook, Model Mayhem and here on Tumblr. Some I meet through friends. As for how I choose them, the main factor is whether they can model to suit my aesthetic. I know that was really vague but that’s as much as I can say. Thanks for the question.
