Had an amazing experience 10 days ago at John Maxwell's Learn and Lead Conference. I attended the session put on by Experience Leadership here in the Twin Cities. 

John's focus was on his new book, "Good Leaders ask Great Questions". As usual, he did an incredible job communicating personal growth concepts and new ideas. I loved his piece on learning lunches. Alongside John was Tim Sanders, former Yahoo exec. and Linda Kaplan-Thaler, a Marketing Mogul. Both added quite a lot of value to the conference. I have many takeaways that I have been able to apply to my daily life, both personally and professionally.
