Dark Souls teaches us that life isn't fair and we got to work hard to earn stuff.@
The Dragonrider faithfully served King Vendrick. Long ago, the dragonriders mounted wyrms, and were feared on the battlefield for their unparallelled strength.
Dragonrider is a big knight with a big shield, a big axe and a big hunky suit of red armor. Apparent member of King Vendrick's dragonriding elite guard from the days of Drangleic's formation.
The Pursuer, who seeks the bearer of the sign, will not rest until his target is slain. The Pursuer hunts down those branded by the curse, as if each Undead soul that he claims will atone one of his sins.
A silent, hulking knight with a tendency to fall into battle from the talons of a massive bird. Levitates gracefully despite his massive bulk. Heavily armored in black, it wields the Pursuer's Ultra Greatsword with a corresponding "heavy hitter" moveset. He can move very quickly for such a large enemy, and can, in particular, close rapidly on the player from a distance. Can be encountered in multiple locations. After the main boss fight in Forest of Fallen Giants, the secondary encounters are not explicit boss fights, and do not grant as many souls as the first encounter. In NG+, the Pursuer will appear more regularly.
The Last Giant is a creature with a rather disturbing appearance. It has a giant pillar impaled through its torso, with many swords lodged in its back. The Last Giant also lacks a face: instead, there is a hole where its face should be. It is unknown if the Giants from Dark Souls had a similar appearance, due to their facial coverings.
Although it is a member of the race of Giants, its massive size, similar moveset and ability to survive such a grievous injury suggests that it may in fact be the Giant Lord in a highly weakened state, following his defeat and capture ages ago.
Giant Blacksmith and Ornstein
Don't know why, but I laughed so hard at this. Best character I've seen so far in Dark Souls 2.
Lulu - FF X —- Victory Pose
Lulu surely grew up.
True, true.
I don't always get the guts to solo The Four Kings and Smough and Ornstein. But when I do, I get cornered and gangbanged to death
Naughty Dog and Sony to release The Last of Us sequel, but under a new name. :^D
Again, not Dark Souls related but still...

Mimics are enemies disguised as a treasure chest, hence their name. They are patiently waiting for a gullible adventurer to come walking straight into their greedy clutches. Even though they are creatures mimicking a chest, they still have unique treasures inside; which are most likely undigested possessions from their previous victim. Mimics will not respawn after they have been slain.
They look very similar to normal chests, but there are a couple of ways to tell them apart.
All chest have a chain attached to its right side. A Mimics chain is shaped like a straight line, while the chain of a normal chest is more curved.
By looking at a Mimic with the binoculars or a bow, you can see the lid opening around every 10 seconds when it takes a breath.
If you look closely, you'll notice that the colour of a mimic's chest is paler than a regular chest.
Not Dark Souls related, but hell. Let's just take a moment to praise Rammstein!!
