"Dancing with a Stranger" is a song by British singer Sam Smith and American singer Normani. It was released by Capitol Records on January 11, 2019. The song garnered good commercial reception in Europe, managing to enter the top 10 in countries such as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland, and Sweden. It was included on Smith's third studio album, Love Goes (2020).

The song touches on Smith's retro-leaning strengths and Normani's solo vision of being a soul dance diva. He concluded his review by calling the song simple and fun.

Out's Rose Dommu praised the duo's vocals, saying Normani's sultry voice is the perfect counterpoint to Smith's own deep tone. Mike Nied of Idolator wrote that the song "expertly captures the frustration and loneliness of heartbreak, bottles it, and presents it as something deeply personal and endlessly relatable."

Practising yoga for the first time

Yesterday I went to clear my mind so I thought it was COOL to practice yoga with my baby at home. I put a video about yoga classes and started. I knew little about yoga so I was willing to learn. my baby did not stop hugging me, he is my BAE and she is always with me.

When we started, the atmosphere was very HYPE. In the video the instructor had some relaxing sounds playing in the background, which gave the class an environment where you could meditate, I'm WOKEN up by the political problems in our country but thanks to yoga I can stop worrying about that.

The instructor began to guide us through a series of postures, pushing us to the limit. But amid the physical intensity, there was a sense of peace. As we flowed from one pose to the next, the music and energy in the room kept us moving it was so LIT. The sound was real, and we could feel our bodies awakening to the power of the music. It was as if the combination of movement, breath, and heartbeat was unlocking a new level of consciousness within me.

At that moment, I realized that yoga was not just about the physical aspect; it was a path to discovery and personal growth. That day, I felt so changed, so refreshed, comforted, and awake from yoga. But my baby was very RATCHER and she hardly let me practice yoga at times, even so, we had a lot of fun.

Flugtag competition at ESMA

It is a tradition in my school to hold a glider competition inspired by the redbull flugtag competition, based on the knowledge acquired about aircraft design and aerodynamics, for which each group made a model airplane with a free theme.

My group designed a shark theme, so our plane would be just like a shark, we designed the plans for a glider and gave it details so that it resembles a shark, in terms of technical level we saw the weight, balance, dimensions, materials that are light as balsa wood and to decorate monocoque paper.

The day of the competition we had to present a dance according to the theme, so we did a synchronized swimming dance and then we launched our plane from the top of a bleacher. In the end, our group managed to win the competition since it flew more than 50 meters, surpassing the rest of the planes.

It was very interesting for me to see how an aircraft works and how it is capable of sustaining itself in the air, it was also fun to build it and give it a little more emotion with the dance.
