Our favorite time of year is coming up again at robbmargaerysource! Game of Thrones is now over but our love for this ship is everlasting, which is why we are very excited to announce we are holding another Robbaery Week. 

From June 16th - June 22nd, we would like to invite you all to help fill Tumblr with anything and everything Robb and Margaery. You can contribute however you see fit, whether it’s by making graphics or gifs, drawing fanart, writing fanfiction or even something as simple as sharing your Robbaery headcanons. The twist is that this year we are inviting YOU to vote for the prompts you would like to see for each of the days!

Time after Time

Written for day 6 of @jonxsansafanfiction Love Song Event based on the prompt “Time after Time” by Cyndi Lauper

Jon Snow knows that if he kisses Sansa Stark she will die. After all, that’s what happened in all those other lifetimes where they found each other. But this time will be different. Because Jon will leave the Tarly household to give Sansa a chance to live happily ever after.

Jon’s suitcase laid open on his bed. He didn’t bother to fold his clothes when he put them in it. He didn’t bother to protect his books when he threw them on top. He just had to get away from here. He had to get away from here now and it didn’t matter where he would go. As long as he would go far away from her she would be fine. If he would go far away from her he wouldn’t end up kissing her. And if he wouldn’t end up kissing her, she wouldn’t die.

“Really, Jon?” Sansa raised her eyebrows when he carried the heavy suitcase down the stairs. “Am I so repulsive that you just pack your bags and leave?”

She wasn’t. She truly wasn’t. She was the most beautiful woman on earth. She was the kindest soul he had ever met. She was everything he wanted and even more.

He wanted her. He needed her. He longed for her. But he couldn’t tell her that. He barely knew her.

She had just walked through that door yesterday as the new nanny of the Tarly children. She had worn the smile on her face he had fallen in love with so many lifetimes ago. She had carried a certain confidence in this life that suited her. And she had also been bolder than she used to be, as if a fire within her had driven her straight into his arms.

But it wasn’t a fire. It wasn’t desire. It wasn’t a burning passion. It was a curse.

They would fall in love. They would kiss and then he would live on while she would die in his arms.

But not anymore. Not this time. Not in this life.

In this life Sansa would live long, very long. She would fall in love with someone else. She would kiss him without dying. She would make love to him. She would become a mother and then eventually she would die of old age.

Standing on the front steps of the palace, they could clearly hear the festivities occurring inside. The ball had been thrown in honor of the happy couple; an engagement party for Lady Sansa Stark of Winterfell and Prince Willas Tyrell of Highgarden.

He’d been invited, as had hundreds of others but had only come out of a masochistic need to see it with his own eyes. And when he had, he’d known what to do, what the right thing was.

Sansa married Jon to give him the Stark name and the support of all the high lords in the North. But Jon didn’t just marry her for her name and he’s waiting for the right moment to tell her that.

He folded his hands under his head while he looked at her.

Her delicate fingers loosened her braids while she stared at her own reflection.

He could remember her beautiful smile. He could remember the gleam in her eyes. He could remember her constant rambling, even when no one was actually listening.

Sometimes he wished he had tried harder at the time. But he had swallowed all his compliments one by one. He had never told her that she was beautiful. He had never told her that he believed her to be kind. He had never told her that he liked hearing her talk about her dreams for the future. He had never tried to go against the stories Catelyn told her about him.

But he most of all wished that he had enjoyed it more. They had still been children, innocent, protected, pure. They had never really known true sorrow, because Ned had shielded them from it as much as he could. If only they had known that it would all pass, that war would come to them, that they would be forced to grow up way too fast in a world that wanted to break them in a thousand little pieces.

The smile on her face was gone now. Mostly her lips were forming a straight line. The few times she did curl her lips up she didn’t actually mean it.

Jeoffrey had taught her that her smile was a weapon she had to learn how to wield.

The gleam in her eyes had faded. She had seen too much violence and death. She had witnessed too many executions and funerals. She had run for her life too often.

Ramsay had taken everything that made her gleam and left nothing but pain and darkness instead.

End of the Road

Written for day 4 of @jonxsansafanfiction’s Love Songs Events based on the prompt "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men

Jon and Sansa are on their way to a family gathering. And, just like always, Sansa trusts the signs over google maps and they take a wrong, or is it secretly the right, turn.

Modern AU, Road Trip AU, Fade to Black

“Are you sure we had to go left there?” Jon narrowed his eyes, his glance fixed on the road circling through the forest. He had one hand loosely on the steering wheel, the other rested on the naked skin of Sansa’s thigh.

“That’s what the sign said.” She tried to make her voice sound steady and secure.

It was a common joke in their family that despite google maps and the most modern navigation system, Sansa always managed to take a wrong turn somewhere.

“Yeah, but what did google say?” Jon quickly glanced at her before focussing on the road ahead.

The trees seemed to come closer and closer to the road, blocking the rays of the heating sun.

But a cold shiver ran down Sansa’s spine and she swallowed. “Google said we had to go straight on.” She looked away and let out a deep sigh. “But google can be outdated. Signs are usually not.” She crossed her arms over her chest.

Her siblings were probably not surprised that Sansa and Jon would arrive a little late. And when they would hear that once again they had taken a wrong turn because Sansa had said so, they would not stop laughing for the rest of the weekend.

“Maybe we should turn around then?” Jon raised his eyebrows, but Sansa shook her head.

“The sign pointed this way. Maybe it’s not the fastest way, but it will for sure eventually get us there.” She shrugged. “Else the sign wouldn’t have been there.”
