Xejuyu (Pronounced shay-who-you) is the Mayan Cakchiquel name meaning “At the Base of the Mountain.” Jorge del Carmen has taken on the task of rejuvenating this farm since 2009 and the results are tremendous. This delicate, clean, and incredibly versatile coffee is comprised of Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varietals.
