So I'm trying to get into cooking at home so I ordered Hello Fresh. Today was the first day and I'm reminded why I don't cook. It's just easier to pick it up already done. However the end result was very good.

I almost forgot to post it but last week I had a great opportunity to check out the first #BlackCampaignSchool hosted by the @collectivepac. Let me just say I loved the event, learned so much, met some awesome folks running for office across the country.

Today was #graduation day at my school. These lovely ladies will be going to high school next year and I am so excited for them. Big thanks to @mayor_bowser for joining us today and @trayonwhite for helping to congratulate the #students walking across the stage.

What a day. It began with Membership Orientation at the Thursday Network in DC, then the Summer of Resistance and Renewal in Annapolis, a Communications Team Conference Call, strategic planning in Baltimore and finally back home.

It was rainy and humid but I was thrilled to join the Anne Arundel County Young Democrats for their meeting and elections last night in Annapolis. Their new President Will and his team will do a great job retaking the Mayor's Office and turning the county blue! #youngdems
