Inside Out 2's tagline was "Make room for new emotions." And oh, boy! That's exactly what I've been experiencing as a new mom. Excited to watch this and have another insight for my growing kid. 🌸

♥ trusting God in the process
Oh this is sad. I tried to help someone today, but it turns out that I am one of the reasons that the person is upset.
I do accept that I may have done something wrong, because we bleed different. We hurt different. But man, it cuts deep. I tried to sleep. But woke up to no avail. Walked out of the house to maybe help me sleep faster later in the evening.
I ended here.
I'll go home later. Hopefully in a better state after this fries, iced coffee, and a convo with Abba. I dunno. Hope it don't rain. I have no umbrella with me.
Feeling extra pretty last night. 🌙 1.20.2022 Thursday - Gray shirt na pinagliitan ni hubby. - Blazer from Ukay - Hollister pants from @onestock.ph (visit their IG & FB Pages guys, they have new set of pretty ukays available. ☺) - Deltex boots kapalit ng tatlong yakult during the barter days of 2020 (at Robinsons Place Las Piñas) https://www.instagram.com/p/CY-cbhAvi0H/?utm_medium=tumblr
A timely reminder that while we observe the things happening around us, we must also look at the little blessing that God have placed in our way.
We can protect our health by also protecting our peace. See things differently. Write a different headline, because He is also present in the little things that gives us hope and strength to carry on. ♥

Dear Kuya,
May katatapos alng kaming series sa Netflix ni Domz, The 100 yung title and we found this farewell phrase ng mga characters doon:
“In peace may you leave this shore, in love may you find the next...Safe passage on your travels, until our final journey to the ground, may we meet again...”
xoxo, Joyee.

It is Finished
“When he had received the drink, Jesus said, ‘It is finished.’ With that , he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.” -John 19:30
What did really Jesus mean when he said, “It is finished.”? What was he pertaining to?
If you will go back to John 4:34, there you will read about Jesus saying that his assignment is to do the will of the One who sent him--the Father.
You see, the word “Finished” was written in the perfect tense--an action completed or done in the past, but still has a continuing result in the present--meaning, that Jesus have already accomplished what was asked of Him by the Father (John 6:39).
The Beauty of the Finished Work
What happened on the cross between God and Man is what others call as “The Beautiful Exchange” (sounds like an album to me.) At this moment, every thing that Jesus is, was made available for us; and every thing that we are was placed on Him. ALL of our sins, on that day, that hour, that moment was contained in one man. Innocent. Righteous. The Darling of Heaven was hanged on the cross bearing all our filth, that in return of him dying may give us life.
Our sins were paid in full through the shedding of the blood of God’s beloved son and there is nothing that we could ever do to repay that. Hindi sasapat ang anumang gawin natin. We are enjoying the free gift of Salvation because of the obedience of One man (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Jesus took our sin on himself and endured the punishment that was supposed to be ours. This was done so that reconciliation between God and Man could take place. If Jesus had not endured what happened on the cross, the separation from his Father, we would not be able to be reconciled to God.
DAY 4: LOVE IS THOUGHTFUL
Build bridges. Psalm 139: 17-18 :)
Day 3: Love is not Selfish
Clear enough, right? :)
DAY 2: LOVE IS KIND
While patience is preventive, kindness is pro-active and contagious.<3
DAY 1: LOVE IS PATIENT
Have you ever wondered why patience came first of Apostle Paul’s list of the characteristics of love? :)
I have been receiving the same messages for these past days.
A very familiar verse again reminded me that God is never indifferent with the struggles that we go through.
Since the moment that I started pondering on this one area of my life, it gave me sleepless nights and occasional sorrow attacks. Pain came crashing in. I can’t fake what I feel. It is a tough one. The situation asks me to be to face that fear head on, right there and then. But God, being my Father asks me to hand over the battle to Him in full confidence that the fight has already been won by His Son.
Isn’t it amazing how God in his mysterious ways supply us with comfort, strength and love when we go through the rough moments in our journey? He is the one who keeps us together. He knows what we feel, sees our situation, and perceives the condition of our hearts and minds.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and he will make your paths straight.
It is when we start to trust God that we also start to accept that there are things that are way beyond our control, and that only He can handle it with great care. It is when we start to trust God that we are able to see the situation we are in the way he sees it--tempered with grace and wisdom. It is when we trust God that he turns our doubts to confidence which give us assurance that when we bring our concerns to Him, the obstacles that are placed in our way will be removed in order to bring us to our appointed goal.
Thank you for this wonderful revelation Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.

When you’re having a bad day, you have a choice. You can complain and gripe and dwell on the misery, or you can let go of it and look for the good, and maybe, just maybe, even laugh about it.
