Her husband whispered in her ear as she vibrated wildly against her hand underneath the water. The mother to be panted frantically, trying to hold back the powerful need to push down on the birthing head.
"Oh the pressure! Its so strong. I need to let go. I need to push so hard! I need to do it NOW! Talk to me. Tell me to do. Make it good for me!"
Her husband smiled and continued to whisper.
"Thats it, baby. Let it build! The pressure is building slowly and powerfully. As the pain gets stronger, pant heavily and fight the need to bear down! Come on, baby, breath and pant through it. It's so close now. Don't let go until the pain peaks!"
The birthing mother heavily breathed into the growing pain. She rocked on her husband's hand, increasing the rhythm as the pain became more unbearable to avoid.
"Its coming! Deep breathing! Just a little bit more. Alright, baby, let it go and push the head downwards!"
The painful contraction brutally peaked as the birthing woman erupted into a million pieces. She screamed out wildly, followed by loud grunting efforts. She yelled and bore down with loud cries of pushing.
