Somewhere along the way over the past ten yrs some wireds got crossed now my psyche associates my happiness and autonomy and emotional peace with being extremely underweight. Ive just accepted that this has been the only effective coping method for my cptsd ive ever found so ive resigned myself to living with it hashtag forever. Im really stubborn on never ever recovering because anorexic routines and rituals seem to be the only thing keeping me from becoming a catatonic age regressed vegetable again. I can only compare it to switching from cigs to vaping. Like yeah its still gonna kill me but this option is much less miserable than the other
