I was never really into making outfits in past games, but I’m loving it in new horizons!

I recreated Nezuko’s outfit from Demon Slayer! This is my first pro design so please bare with me ^^

In case you needed to know for planning purposes

Flimsy Axe : 30 hits (10 trees)

Stone Axe : 100 hits (33.3 trees)

Metal Axe : 100 hits(33.3 trees)

Metal Axe cuts down trees, stone only harvests.

Flimsy Shovel : 40 hits

Metal Shovel : 100 hits

Upgrading your item DOES reset the hit count

Customizing your item DOES reset the hit count!!!

That means that changing the handle color of your shovel RESETS the hit count to ZERO

Here’s my stripped dress overall design if anyone wants it. I don’t have the best art skills so it’s very basic. Would also look cute with a solid pattern underneath or solid colored sleeves.

I’ve been playing around with the pro design tool and made two more dresses! Named strawberry shortcake and key lime pie respectfully 🍯 I like the collar a bit more subtle but that may just be me 🤷🏼‍♀️

hey elle, any idea on how to make overall dresses yet? or do you know anyone that has yet?

You first need the PRO designs tool for 800 miles from the Nook Miles+ program (give Nook the 5,000 you owe him at the beginning of the game). I made a quick template, hopefully this is what you were looking for? 

The read more has all of the parts to copy! And then use it as a base to create your own overalls as you please!

(I found it a bit...creepy that I was without eyebrows so the Ahsoka one can be copied and re-worked into a loverly set of brows for your character as well!)

How to use:

Open your phone app (ZL in game) and select custom designs. Start a new design and copy the above image! Ensure the background is entirely transparent (using the transparency on the top right of the palette). Once done, save the design, select it and click “wear”, then click “face paint”. And done!
