Vurrntrr: War Mount of Ruvishikar and HK

Ruvishikar and HK freed this bull reek as he was being loaded onto a freighter bound for a black-market fighting ring. To the enjoyment of HK, the Weequay smugglers took the first shot, hitting one of Ruvishikar's wroshyr arm shields. "Satisfaction: I do love when I am able to use my primary function with prejudice!"

Ruvishikar named the massive creature Vurrntrr which means “Mountain Thunder” in Shyriiwook. Unlike most reeks used in arenas, Vurrntrr has not been forced to eat meat, which is what turns reeks' hides red and makes them far more aggressive. He is an Ithorian reek, which are usually yellow and grey from eating bafforr trees. Ruvishikar crafted a custom saddle from wroshyr wood, a true labor of love that allows him to comfortably ride. It also securely holds the legless HK’s pack. HK keeps saying, “Statement: Master, this saddle could support a repeating blaster turret, allowing me to eliminate meatbags with vastly improved efficiency.”

Vurrntrr dislikes large cities and becomes restless when brought into one, which makes certain missions more difficult. While hunting bounties in wild places of the galaxy, he is a powerful and loyal companion.

“Hey, Grakk!!” Jowarra announced suddenly, stopping mid-climb to look down at his older brother, the larger wookiee still further below him on their climb up the wroshyr tree, “Last one to the top’s a rotten shi-shok fruit!!”

“Wha-?! Hey wait, since when’d this become a race??” Grakk called back through a laugh.

“Since right now! So you better start moving if you still wanna win, bantha-breath!” Jowarra chuckled playfully as he began moving up again.

“Psh! You’re on!!”
