I just started season 4 and there's this one thing that I notice every time and it's stupid, but tommy looks so much lighter, somehow, in the beginning, like he literally lost all his troubles and he's somehow smoother, where before he was all angst and edges. IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN IT BUT PLEASE SAY YOU SEE IT TOO

OooOOOOooooo. Not only do i see it, I might just have to overanalyze it now. Lord Squinty Frown is much less squinty frowny in season 4 from the moment it starts. Oh wait yeah oh my gosh this is so true (until the part with his mom, but I’ll get back to that) and it makes sense given what happens in the end of season 3, and it’s also the reason he’s finally able to be with Jude for real without fucking it up (until the part with his mom.)

What have you done I have basically just written an essay. I’m so sorry I just have too many thoughts. tl;dr you’re totally right, I love Tommy, I love Instant Star, I love you/the fact that we talk so much about a show that’s been off air for 7 years.

Episode 3x10: Nowhere to Run

It’s baaaaack hay. Idk if anyone reads these anymore, especially because judedudejohnson has gone dark and doesn’t reblog them anymore, but I like doing them.

Oh man this is the episode with the reality show about Jude!

Who needs a “previously on” when you have Sadie saying “Jude look I’m sorry about what happened last night. At your birthday party. When you saw Tommy and me. Kissing.” (okay but it is SO not Sadie’s fault. No one told her that Jude and Tommy were a thing?)

Why exactly did Portia schedule this “A Day in the Life Of Jude Harrison” shoot the day after Jude’s birthday party anyway? Doesn’t that sound like a recipe for everyone being hungover?

“I look like a dog’s breakfast with poached eggs for eyes” is SO VIVID, Jude wtf. Especially because she looks fine???

I love Portia’s license plate, because it implies she has 11 or more cars. That’s SO MANY CARS
