My whole world

I was so incredibly lucky to commission the lovely @flowery-duck-draws who drew this beautiful moment for my Lyra and Harvey. It's just the most wonderful thing to look at while I work on finishing my long fic. I adore how soft and tender this is, how they're looking at each other, and that oh-so-gentle touch. O Paladino da Alvorada

When @omatheusleone came to me with the idea for his new short story cover, all I could think was: SUN! LIGHT! MORE SUN! LIGHT, LIGHT, LIGHT!!!!!!!!

And a frame 🥺 which I’m definitely not completely obsessed with making 💜

O Paladino da Alvorada (The Dawn Paladin) is one of those short stories that just cracks your imagination wide open for what comes next—so grand, so epic. You get pulled into the mind of a great military leader who, even while doubting this rising new faith, accepts the prophet’s mission… planning to confront it later. But in the end, the real confrontation is with himself. His stance, his past actions, the image he has of who he is. It’s something all of us face at some point, in one way or another.

And it was exactly that sense of grandeur that led me to the final piece ✨️ Something future generations within the story would look back on with awe and beauty, imagining the moment when the great and infamous Bloody General knelt before this new faith ✨️

A beautiful and sweet tiefling who, faced with a choice between life and death, found herself forced to accept a pact with an ancient Enchanted being — impulsive, proud, and vain.

That’s how, taking on the magical name Amarilis, the girl became a witch.

Using her delicate and charming appearance, Amarilis casts love spells that can be either a blessing or a curse — and the June festivals are her domain.

Devoted to Saint Anthony, she sells her magical sweets — recipes gifted by her patron in an enchanted book — among flags and bonfires. Her specialty, though, is candy apples, said to bring people together… or seal their fates in unexpected ways.

Mysterious, loved, and feared, Amarilis is a constant presence at the festivities — and above all, deeply respected.

I recently got a new piece of gear for my illustration work — a beautiful XPPen display — and decided to repaint this piece 💜

I got some professional feedback earlier this year and tried to put it into practice 🥹 I feel like a baby learning to crawl, but I’m REALLY happy with how it turned out ✨️

There’s still a long way to go, but I already feel proud 🥰

In an effort to make my art more accessible, I decided to start putting my explicit malex artworks in a collection on ao3! I already post these to my bluesky, so these are not new works by any means, but it's just gonna be a place to drop those things when I do draw them! And in the meantime I'll be posting the backlog slowly over the next few weeks/months!

If there's a desire for me to do this with other ships I've drawn explicit works of too (like say, sambastian-- not that I've drawn many works of them yet), let me know! I don't draw all that much of that stuff as I used to years ago, but I still do from time to time and I'd like to find ways to be able to share it easily with people (18+ only, obviously)
