the voice was familiar. it sent a bubbling warmth through him, strangely excited to run into someone familiar, despite the fact that the last time he’d seen her, he’d bonded her forever with her best friend, using a spell to make sure the two could never be together again. for the fun of it all, of course. he couldn’t go out without causing some sort of long-lasting drama. it wasn’t his style. “now, bonnie, why are you being so hostile? aren’t you happy to see me? i’m very happy to see you. hell? not the most exciting experience of my life.” he paused, stepping a bit closer. “i know we’ve had our differences, but shouldn’t we really be even, now? i stab you and leave you in a prison world, you stab me and leave me in one where vampires use me as a blood bag daily. it all adds up. we should just call this a truce, go get a milkshake with two straws, play the catch up game. what do you say?”
-- & There's not enough 'no's' in the world for Bonnie to express how she's feeling right now. A swirl of regret, anger and PAIN consuming her very being. He's closer than she would like by the time her reality snaps back to her, pink brushing across her bottom lip; words falling on deaf ears. He's back and she doesn't know how, but then again if this magic was strong enough to pull her from three years earlier than it's powerful enough to bring people back from the dead. Obviously. "You're supposed to be dead." So was she, several times over. "You want to be Friends now? Seriously?" Emerald orbs stare back at the heretic in incredulous nature, itching to lash out and send him into a notion of burning P A I N. "I'm not going anywhere with you, Kai."
