“Staying like this forever sounds pretty good to me, actually,” Julian agreed, wrapping an arm around Alessia. “I always thought I would just get out of here, but then I met Ronan and everything kind of spiraled from there. If there weren’t for me having so many loose ends, I’d be willing to leave right this second.” It wasn’t very often that Julian even mentioned his former boyfriend. It seemed like a millennia ago that Ronan died. “I think I could handle leaving my family.. I might miss Griffin, though.”
