I haven't been entirely right in of myself since I had a weird health event that felt unlike anything I had experienced, three months ago; it was suspected as a heart attack at first by the emergency services, my heart started pounding, my chest hurt so much, my body went cold, I couldn't feel my pulse at all. I didn't know these were the symptoms of a heart attack at that time, but I am sort of thankful I did not, as I would have been terrified. I felt as if I was falling, I used my last strength to jostle my partner awake, I almost fainted, and then my pulse came back, the pain went again, and I regained myself.

After an hour of being checked over, the doctor said that it must have been MSK issues as my pulse, pressure, blood oxygen ETC were coming out O.K, and I was painful on my chest when touched, but I keep being fearful in the back of my mind of 'what if it isn't that?' - it happened a second time just like this, though, so I think that it must have been something normal. If it was something serious, maybe I would not have skirted by.

Then, we found out that I had severe anaemia, the kind which is deadly left untreated, I've been taking medicine for it for two months now and I'm improving a lot (but I might need surgery), but now I am thinking, isn't that scary?!! Was I really in danger?!! And I haven't entirely been in my right mind when I am alone, because I am nervous of it happening again.
