Question for worldbuilders

How do you keep track of all of your worldbuilding?  I’m currently working on details for a story which involve a lot of family backstories, money getting them whatever they want, professional versus social politics, fight clubs and duels, sort of secret societies but not technically a secret society, oaths that aren’t legally binding but that have severe consequences for breaking, and a lot more along those vibes, and I have no idea how to organize my notes for them!  

So far I’ve just been jotting everything down as bullet points as I go but it’s extremely disorganized and I can never find the information I need again afterwards – any suggestions?

Two side by sides! These are Tobias's parents Selyse (his mother), and Orion (his father)!

I wanted to do a comparison on photos taken with both his parents, to show how they would react in photos with him, and how he would! These are both when he was six years old! Though they're a few months apart, as the one with his father was taken after his mother died (RIP), and Tobias began training under his father's strict and harsh guidance.

Orion became very cruel after Selyse died. He often takes this out on Tobias, who is the near spitting image of his mother, minus his skin tone (he's darker being half Inuit from his father, half white from his mother). Because of how strict and cold his father became, Tobias is pretty standoffish. He doesn't trust very many people, and this combined with his sarcasm make him come off as arrogant or conceited, despite being the opposite (he is a very gentle soul).

I like to think though, that had Selyse not died, or had Orion not changed, Tobias would still be the very bubbly and open person he was as a child. I tried to depict that in the one with his mother, who taught him loyalty, love, and about the stars before she died.

I may or may not digitize one or both of these, we'll see!
