• Cassini I (Capitol I x Caletto II) • AS A STALLION: He was so popular among breeders, his use as a stallion had to be limited. Although there were requests from all over the world, Cassini I was only allowed to cover registered Holsteiner mares. In his first season, Cassini I produced the amazing Cumano. A season later he produced another star, Eurocommerce Berlin. Cassini has produced successful offspring that proven to be successful both in Showjumping and Dressage. SUITABLE MARES: It's difficult finding a suitable mare for Cassini. The stallion is a rather solid and heavy type, it's a trait some of his offsprings inherit from time to time. Mares sired by Caretino have proven to be great choices (That is a result of inbreeding, because Caretino is by Caletto II). But let’s leave the inbreeding talk to another post. OFFSPRINGS: Rideability on Cassini I’s offspring is generally better than on other famous stallions’ offspring like Quidam de Revel (a more professional ride) and Kannan. Cassini I has brought many international jumpers with more ridability and better conformation than Corrado and QDR. It’s rideability+conformation (often including incredible charisma/presence) + very good movement + astounding jumping form. IMO, Cassini I horses have the physical and mental qualities to reach the top in almost anything and everything a person could want a sport horse to do. FAMOUS OFFSPRINGS: Cumano, Eurocommerce Berlin, Cascavelle NT, Castelino VD Helle, Juvina, Cassini Bay, Coronado, Cassino DC, H&M Cabrio VD Heffinck, Quite Cassini, Chaplin, Equita Van t Zorgvliet, Rosalia La Silla, Carambole NOP and many more
