I need the context of Milo Ventimiglia crucifying Zachary Quinto.

Peter Petrelli (Milo's character) believed that the soul of his dead brother Nathan was trapped inside Sylar (ZQ character). Sylar was a serial killed who murdered Nathan to become president of USA, but instead ended up with a really messed up identity crisis because he underestimated how evil Peter & Nathan mom was.

Basically, Peter is beating and nailing Sylar down until he agrees to let Nathan's "conscience" take over forever so he could keep pretending that his brother was with alive. There are powers involved so Sylar would look like Nathan too.
