Ok, but the thing is, if people who ship Zutara are awful... Why do you keep posting hate in our tags? Why are you keep coming in to us? Why don't you want to turn and run the other way???

I'm not going to 4chan or r/FakeDisorderCringe to tell people there they are awful and that their ideas are toxic and go get a fucking life. I'm staying the hell away from them. Bc most of them are awful people, people who are going to insult me and be awful to me and I will not be able to win with them on their turf. I would much rather stop people from outside those spaces to falling into toxic rabbit hole.

And if Zutara sippers will end up in abusive relationships... Why are you using this as an insult? As a gotcha? Abusive relationships are serious. Why none of those post gives any help lines, why aren't they concerned about the real people who are being apparently abused by their partners? No pointing out red flags, sights of abuse, uneven power dynamics (outside of using them as buzzwords and even then it's only to yell why Zutara is toxic)

I'm not saying post should be PSA, but like, if a group of people is statistically a lot more likely to end up in abusive relationship, I think it would be more useful to actually give them information to help them, y'know?

It's because the goal is to shame us. They don't actually think we are racist, they want us to jump and go "oh, I'm sorry, I will never ship this awful awful ship again." They aren't actually concerned about abuse, they want us to go "oh no, if I continue to ship zutara I might be abused!" They misuse serious topics in order to create fear and guilt.
