-  I’ll post drawings and fanart too (i’m not horrid at art, but i’m not particularly good either, so please be aware i’m in that “trying very hard to close the gap between skill level and taste” phase)

-  I write, so I’ll post snippets of that and extra stuff about fanfiction I write (mostly bnha stuff cause it takes up so much of my headspace right now)

It’s so funny how everyone is surprised by pro hero shoto getting buff, his dad is 6’6 and built like a brick wall , it’s only natural he’d become buff working as a hero.

Also, Hori kind of foreshadowed Shouto's build in Endeavor's vision.

I think the fandom has been attached to Shouto inheriting more Rei's delicate features and more lithe physique, like Touya, but in the end, his design is to be the perfect mix of his parents, so it was likely that he'd settle somewhere midway.

Not quite as big as Endeavor (tbc), but still pretty built.

What could hori have cut out of the last act to make it flow better?

Class A needed 1-2 post-war chapters to show the damage and also maybe some quick fights.

Star & Stripe was useless.

Final war:

Too much focus on useless journalist, business students, spectators, the whole USA detour - it led to nowhere and was just fat

Mutant arc was near incomprehensible

I think there was too much everyone vs AFO - people like Shiketsu didn't need to come in

All Might vs AFO dragged on too long and broke the power-scaling. It should have been max 2-3 chapters focusing on AM's backstory.

In contrast, Tomura needed more fight vs Deku once he regained his self with actual dialogue between them.

Too much vestige blabla during the fight

We needed another chapter at least of Class A's "we are here" + combo

Ch 423 should have been split into two chapters - one focusing on AFO (though i felt it was totally unnecessary - it was just repeating things) and one focusing on Tomura/Tenko.

Epilogue - again too many news channel things

UA Big 3 graduation - too long

Too much exposition in the classroom

Too much Endeavor atonement -> needed to cut 2 pages of that and focus on Rei, Fuyumi and Shoto who didn't get enough space

Ochako's part was bloated, while everyone else's angst was swept under the rug - we needed a scene with Shoto - Udon part 2, class dialogue about Deku's embers, Jirou's ears, etc.

Fucking Hawks / All Might talk about the ranking was totally pointless -> instead show real change

The entire Scissor-kun stuff was pointless (no, i get the point, but it was not well made or earned)

Dai in the last chapter for another empty full circle was kind of bad - he should have given more Class A content / what people wanted.

omg yeah this perfectly sums up my issues with everything after the War Arc, plus the bs that was the final battle because characters and fights were hyped up only to be forgotten or for their seemingly big moment to putter out, which is a consequence of having so many characters horsing around

the battle def focusing on cramming faux hype moments, that last deku-bakugou blast against shiggy rlly pissed me off (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

also i will never forgive the glossed over Gnashly battle because I was looking forward to that soooo much, I was brainstorming theories and combing through the gnashlycrumbs alphabet and getting excited over I is for Ida for nothing ╯︿╰

Isekai Shouto is on hiatus!

With other fics occupying my headspace right now, this fic feels forced and I don't wanna post those kind of chapters. The adventure in IseShou is just beginning and I would hate to write everything I planned in a way I can't have fun rereading.

In the meantime, I'll dive into those new fics completely, and hopefully have something to show soon ( ﾉ ﾟｰﾟ)ﾉ

WE FINALLY GETTING OUR SPINNER VS SHOJI BATTLE?!

yayyy, I’ve been looking forward to the manga finally highlighting discrimination against mutant quirks! It feels like the most obvious facet of quirk society and yet we get practically nothing on it except panels that it is a thing (duh)

Shouto’s move arsenal (as of Ch 352)

Having said that currently Shouto can with his ice:

make defensive ice-walls instantaneously (their size and scale increased a lot) (AoE move)

make ramps, slides, platforms - their shape became more complex and they increased in size over time

use it for horizontal and vertical movement (skating and ice-towers) of himself and others. In the 3rd movie, he also uses it for evasion-type moves.

use it to freeze a single target or multiple targets instantaneously

make it really pointy and jagged and use it to stab through someone

small precision moves like against Iida or helping All Might in USJ

large precision moves (like freezing an entire building and only that).

In the 3rd movie, he also uses something like Hell Spider made of ice

first aid

Fire:

He can do simple fire walls

long range simple fire attacks

he has Endeavor’s flashfire fist (short range)

Endeavor’s Jet Burn (which he renamed Jet Kindling) as mid range attack

he can use fire for aerial mobility (fly, hover in place, change directions)

Ice and Fire combo (Flashfreeze Heat Wave):

He has the original large-scale destructive attack like at the Sports Festival

A toned down targeted version he can use in urban combat against a single target

An instantaneous “blast off” use - sort of like how you start a rocket launch

Cold Fire (Phosphor) - creating a non-lethal, non-burning cold flame that can be used as a basis for different moves:

Cold Flame Pale Blade - which is a move that looks like a an “air-sword” - he can use it as a slicing movement to blow back an opponent

Glacial Aegir, which is a huge AoE move that insta-freezes a large area of multiple city-blocks and is able to suppress fire that’s stronger than Endeavor’s flames.

he also seems to be able to use it for increased burst speed.
