Hello, my name is Baylee Steelman. I live in a small town in Illinois, and I would like to welcome you to my winter blog. Winter is my favorite season, so why not share my perspective of winter with you? I hope you enjoy my photos. Snow hasn't been falling too much here in IL, but that's okay. I will capture all I can.

A cold and gloomy day in IL.

It lightly snowed a couple weeks ago here in Illinois. Of course my immediate instinct was to find my camera and run outside so I could post my first photo of the 2013-2014 winter season. : )

Illinois weather has been surprisingly cooler than the usual hell-like temperatures we have this time of year. Apparently this is Chicago's coldest summer in 142 years, and I can't complain one bit.

Spring Has Sprung : )

I love snow, but I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to going outside in a sweater without wearing a large puffy coat over it.
