Ok so update on a post I made a little while ago about loosing weight.

So I haven't actually lost any weight but I have lost fat. So at the time I posted it the smallest size I could fit into was an xl & now I'm able to comfortably fit into a large so obviously there's been a decent amount of progress. However there's also been progress outside of weight & body fat is that I'm a lot healthier. I'm able to run up & down the stairs at least twice without having an asthma attack, when before whenever I would run up the stairs I would be out of breath. I can also now do a full pushup & I'm able to work out for like twice the amount of time I used to.

Anyways I just wanted to update this but yeah I'm probably not going to work out as much anymore since I've already reached my goal but I will be maintaining it. Also idk if anyone will be wondering about diet but I haven't been on one. I'm eating the same amount & the same stuff as I used to, maybe I've been eating a bit more fruit but it's not that much of a difference.

Hey so this is a kinda random dumb thought I had while waiting for the game. But you really should never body shame anyone. & That's obvious but a lot of people will body shame someone they don't like & in their head it's justified & the thing is I get that but as a fat person when someone who's my friend body shames somebody for being fat they unknowingly let me know that they also judge my body. The thing is this has happened a good amount of times where I've broken off friendships cuz of it. For example there was this one girl me & my friend hated & she was fat. So one day my friend randomly fat shamed her & I was super surprised cuz I obviously thought she wouldn't care about that sorta thing since I was her friend & I'm fat. So when I told her this she realized what she did, & she ended up apologizing to me, & said she never actually judged the girl for being fat but rather was just shitting on her.

Anyways point is don't body shame because a lot of the time the people in your life who see that will either know what you think of them or make assumptions about it

A little tutorial thingy for customizing the front of mixtape CDs:

1. Get sticker paper that is more than 6x6 (which is the average for a CD, but check yours to be safe

2. Print or draw your design you want onto it. If you want to print a design & don't have a printer I use the printer at my library which only costs ¢5 per 2 sheets

3. Trace out CD on paper & cut it out. I use a those shape pointed razor things, but you could use scissors I just wouldn't recommend it.

4. Stick it onto your cd

Ok this is just me ranting about something I don't actually care about, but I am genuinely wondering so yeah.

Anyways so yk that trend on tiktok using the audio from family guy that's Stewie knowing his dad's age but having to 'correct' himself for the entertainment of the men who are talking to him? So the take on that trend using the audio to be like "when did you find out/realize you're trans?" "*Insert age that isn't below 10*" "I mean I realized I was trans when I was 2" I like that trend cuz there have been people who are like "you can't be trans if you didn't realize you were when you were like 3". However I saw a more recent one using that audio & it's like *someone misgenders them* "it's actually*pronoun*" but then they're like "oh sorry, HOW DARE YOU MISGENDER ME YOU CISGENDER SUCM!" & I'm kinda wondering if that is making fun of the stereotype of trans people overreacting or is it making fun of trans people who get fed up with being misgendered? Cuz like on one hand yeah I hate the stereotype that trans people overreact to being misgendered cuz most of us just calmly correct it & move on, but like if it's not that then wtf is the point of this trend?? Putting down people who don't like getting misgendered? & Like ik most people are probably just making fun of the stereotype but the reason why I'm ranting about this is cuz I saw like 5 separate people make comments in the caption about how they think "all the OTHER trans people are so irrational" & just being pick-me's but yeah.

I completely forgot to post an update on the concert & how it went but it was so fun!! So there were 2 bands that played before the one I went to see so 3 bands played in total. The first band was a punk band & they played so loud it genuinely hurt my heart & I'm so glad I didn't forget my earplugs or I would've gone deaf. But it was so fun I had a great time & I also learned that I'm never going to a venue without seating ever again because I was in so much pain & they didn't have a spot for disabled people to go if they needed 😮‍💨
