Please disregard the last post. I’m making a new one to explain the situation better.

A few years ago, I reported my uncle for molesting me as a child. My grandpa took his side, bailed him out and cut me and my parents out of his life.

The court date is over. My uncle pleaded guilty (and got a slap on the wrist ffs but that’s something else) but my grandpa is angry. He is trying so hard to make our lives difficult because he feels I “ruined” his son’s life.

My parents had an old mobile home on the property they haven’t lived in for years. (It’s been there since 1991.) My grandpa took it upon himself to rent it out to my uncle who has TRASHED it.

My grandpa is coming after us for money to get it removed. We do not have the money and it should not be on us since it is because of him it’s destroyed.

We want to get a lawyer to fight him, but can’t afford one.

Regardless of whether we suck it up and remove the home, or get a lawyer to fight his pettiness, we have nothing. We don’t have money to remove the home, or fight his claim.

I am so scared that if he comes after us in a legal way we will lose our house because that’s what he plans to do if we don’t roll over. And we have no money to our name. All they could do is go after our house. And it’s so terrifying.
