You are a reflection of all your hard work. Especially if you’re standing on a reflective surface.
Raise yourself to new heights. And then slowly lower yourself back to where you started. And then RAISE YOURSELF TO NEW HEIGHTS AGAIN!
hi there, I want to lose weight so I calculated online that if I want to lose approximately 2 lbs a week, I will need to eat 800 calories a day. I read that you shouldn't go beneath 1200 cals, especially when you just start, but I've also seen people say they started drastically at 600 calories or so and they've lost a lot of weight in the first week. I don't exercise other than the basics (cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping etc) & I wanted to know if you thought this might work for me. thanks!
Hello,
Oh my, 800 calories!!! That is crazy and so unhealthy! What I would suggest is download MyFitnessPal which is absolutely free. There you can put in your current and goal weight and usual exercise routine and it will tell you and healthy proportionate calorie count. In this app/website you can also track all your food intake which helps stay on track. I just want to say darling that I have never seen anything lower than 1200 Calories for a healthy woman (which I assume you are). So please do not torture your body, and even when you eat a little extra occasionally work it off or make sure it is healthy and nutritious.
Do let me know if I can be of any help.
xoxo
