I want to finish my rottmnt fic SO badly. I miss rise and the fandom so back.
Let me come home guys, I miss rise like it's my wife/husband. I miss it in the way an anime character stares out of the window with teary eyes thinking about all their minor inconveniences.
I miss writing Casey Jr's perspective, how he KNOWS everything about everyone but also nothing. How he knows them, but they don't know him.
Writing internal panic attacks on Juniors side whenever he looks at family members, when he sees past family members who AREN’T even on good terms.
I miss writing the perspective of the other family members and how they accept Junior(fairly quick honestly).

Splinter who thinks of him as his grandson. He spoils him quickly tbh, in my fic he's even more happy that Jr is biologically a Hamato.
It's a bit more complicated familial relationship for the turtles towards Junior but its definitely still lovely as he once had before.
Leo who thinks of him as a younger brother, a cousin or even a nephew. He speaks up for Jr, welcomes him into family conversations or literally anything that helps. He sees his WHOLE family in one kid, including himself. Jr is a GOOD fighter, he sees the angles, he flows, he uses his weird high strength and most of all he understands everything and everyone. Leo, as Leo does, feels the need to protect Jr while still letting him do his own thing.
Raph thinks of Junior as a part of the family, as Cassandras son. (In my fic Casey and Raph are biological parents of Jr, who was lab grown with the help of Donnie). Junior is quiet with Raph at first, but they come to an understanding of each other easily. Raph like Leo saw his family in Jr, but unlike Leo he didn't SEE himself. He didn't see himself until Junior at one point let his anger or frustration be used with his fighting skill, not until he heard Jr growl, chirp like he did. He felt guilty about that, but then and only then did he see the good traits he picked off of Raph.
Donnie who starts letting Jr get away with things like he lets Mikey get away with stuff. He registers Jr as his nephew and sometimes forgets his age. He likes Jr as his nephew because Jr is well educated, to his older self he thanks and literally sees Raph in Jr over anyone else, even Leo. Other thank seeing Raph in Casey Jr, he also sees Cassandra who he actually develops a certain tolerance to on behalf or Jr.
Mikey who YK IT'S MIKEY, he thinks of Jr as his nephew a bit later, at first he thinks of him as a brother or cousin put at the same 'youngest' status. But sees him even younger after a bit and debunked him from brother status when he noticed how Jr WASNT getting youngest sibling treatment but 'our darling nephew' sort of treatment. Casey Jr was like a little cousin that hung around you WHICH IS THE BEST BECAUSE!! THEY CHOOSE YOU!! He also adores how open minded he was with villains, Mikey knew at one point Jr thought of them as family.
April who grows in her care for Jr, she sees her brothers in him. Its easy for her to accept him cs 'oh hes family? Okay then,' that was her thought process after he was deemed safe, RIGHT THEN AND THERE he was her family. She thinks it's odd when he mentions her in a high rank of authority but nonetheless loves it at the same time.
Cassandra, his mom. She has no idea who THAT guy is at first but when she does, hes definitely welcomed into the brownie clan where he gets to see his sisters again. His sisters who are WAY younger then they were before. Casey and Junior are such a complex relationship that I love hearing/seeing/reading about because, that's his mom.
Baron Draxum who is quietly perplexed by Jr since hes 'from the future.' He does get easy acceptance into the family from Jr which only Mikey had done so far, but it's probably COMPLETELY different in it's own way. Jr naturally loved and looked up to Draxum, he knew about what he did and who he was but loves him nonetheless. Draxum likes that Jr is Cassandras son bc he probably thinks of he as his daughter of some sort.
Senor Hueso: He already thinks Leo's family is weird, so Jr telling him that he's their family member from the future was only a normal amount of shocking that someone has when they.. idk think of a good sentence yourselves. He accepts him as a family member, he thinks he's Raphs kid immediately after having one conversation with him. The politeness did it.
Then there's the 'villains' of the rise universe and Junior is just.. like so shocked but not at the same time because he KNOWS but it's obviously off when a family member is suddenly your enemy when you get sent back in time?
Todd isn't a villain, I wasn't sure WHERE to put him. He adores Jr like he does the rest of the turtles. Jr loves dogs but he sneezes a lot with them sometimes. Todd likes how Jr KNOWS how to make his favorite lemonade.
Warren Stone thinks the kid is weird but he does like him SLIGHTLY more than April and for some reason the kid likes to join them when committing crimes. He does eventually grow fondness for Jr enough to let him have a mattress in their(hypno and his I meant) apartment. He does also like how Casey Jr is respectful, and making things easier for Warren without being over the top. I like to think Jr made him a robotic body and that got SO MANY POINTS.
Hypno who at first, along with Warren is suspicious of Jr's weird friendliness and familiarity but likes his appreciation for both Warren and Hypno. He teaches him some magic tricks.
Hypnowarren is Canon in my fic btw. I actually wanted to I just realized I could.
Hypnowarren basically adopt Junior and are very proud of how good of a criminal he is. It's funny because it's like they have split custody with the Hamato family 😭. They offer him to commit crime with them as a sort of joke, they didn't think he'd ACTUALLY do it.
Purple dragons, Okay sit with me on this one. As a group they thought he was smart, like Donnie smart which he sort of is. In my fic he is.
Kendra is Kendra. She sees Jr as someone who would be a good mind to work with after some kind of event happens. She notices he's similar to Othello Von Ryan, while she WANTS to use him to get back at 'Von Ryan,' something tells her that she shouldn't. Why? She doesn't truly know, Jr helped her, he would help her if she were his family in his timelines. Kendra knows herself, she knows she isn't loyal, she stubborn so why does she let him into their new lab? Future Kendra found Junior crawling his way to her small workspace, she wasn't on ANY good terms with the Hamato family. Junior was the first one she could stand to be in her space longer than needed to be because even as a baby he was oddly polite, AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN LIKE BABIES.
Jeremy approaches Junior with no exact/announced opinion because of if Kendra heard then it's over for him. He does think the kid is smart, and was a bit shocked when KENDRA invited Jr over to their lab. That's when he realized Jr was staying, he somehow pulled on whatever heartstrings Kendra had.
Jase is a bit bewildered from the new person added to the group, the purple dragons were all different but the same, the same meaning they did criminal activity. He DID NOT think Jr was the kind of guy to be okay with it though, (in my fic, Jase had physical damage from Krang invasion and JUNIOR is the one to pay, illegally, his hospital bills). He likes Jr since being with Kendra was easier after Junior joined them. Future Jase, in my fic helped Donnie scientifically make Jr. Future Jase naturally developed love for Jr, he also doesn't like babies.
The foot clan. OKAY HERE ME OUT ON THIS ONE TWO. I like to think Casey Jr has mixed feelings on them because of what he heard from his mother, in the future he DOES know them as family. It's distant but there, Future Cassandra still had problems with her dads(senseis) and Jr still loves them but with the thought that they somewhat harmed his mother.
Cassandras dad's: They don't know about him at first, I like to think Jr at one point DID miss them and indirectly placed himself close to them. He acted as a customer, they thought he looked like Cassandra and went home crying. He became a 'regular' but didn't buy anything, then he asked to WORK there. Usually they are abdamet about recruitment but they just let him work there, Jr was confused but understood nonetheless.
Big Mama: She likes him. Jr always thought of her as a lovey person, he'd probably be okay being her "champion" then be the only one to successfully dip out without any kind of restrictions or emotional issues on Big mamas side. Besides he gets to see his Aunt (Big mamas assistant). He KNOWS everything she's done but can't not love her, like Splinter. Maybe that's why she's soft with him.
Big mamas assistant: Aka Frieda, she's in the process of realizing that she's working/living with a bad person. She likes Jr because he asks her for her opinion, he knows her brothers and talks about them nonstop. He's their family so hes also hers, and maybe help to save her sibling from the x-dimention? Jr would, in fact he's already planning it all out.
Other 'lost sibling': They/she/he like how understanding Jr is, and how hes helping her sister to save them. Jr knows they have mental issues from being in dimension for so long, he remembers how they were in his timeline. His timeline of them was scattered, chipper and skilled. He relates to them to a certain point of what hes experienced.
Meat Sweats was okay with cooking Casey Jr, who was weirded out and familiarly comfortable. I honestly have no idea how Jr is going to Michelangelo way with him, maybe successfully avoid Meat Sweats aggressiveness that he has when in contact with the turtles. Maybe Jr would weird him out, kind of like when Splinter was pushing the gas of the turtle tank. Jr is good at a lot of things, not good at timing in conversations though, obviously. But that might actually work. Somehow.
Repo Mantis actually likes Jr and their relationship is close like how Leo and Senor Hueso are close. Casey Jr works with him at one point, technically he volunteers on his own but whatever. Jr lowk just imported himself one day and Repo Mantis never got rid of him, he didn’t even know he was related to the turtles at first, Jr (with his bad timing) just either dropped that information during lunch break or the turtles brought him on a mission of sorts. I feel like he would feel betrayed or something but he wouldn't retract away from Casey Jr, who is half oblivious to Repos stress about him being related to the turtles. He has a peaceful conversation with him later, because now Jr is irreplaceably and stuck in his life and love.
Whatever familial relationship timeline happens with Cj Jr, whether their enemies they all have one thing in common. Casey Jr. I was going to say "They all cried for Jr at one point" but that's not it, is it?
In my fic Casey Jr's timeline of family WERE TRYING to contact him but we're having a hard time doing so, they're presence may have affected the current/past timelines decisions based of how they care for Casey Jr. But even with that, they are the cause of their own love for Jr.
I wanted this to be as away from my fic as possible to not be confusing but this literally just is 100% about my fic, or at least the basis of it. There's some characters that I didn't add.
For example, Miles Morales. Enough said I think, if not then
Why Miles Morales: He's met a talking pig that was a variant of Spiderman, I don't think talking turtles would be that crazy. He knows of the spider verse from ALL sorts of timelines, I don't think one person from the future would be too crazy. He'd definitely have a conversation about these, but its nothing too crazy. His appearance is LARGELY INFLUENCED by a ship of him and Mikey, I fell in love with them in 2022/2023 and I've been with them ever since. But, he's not put to the side for the plot of shipping. I think people put either/both Mikey and him to the the side for romance, which HURTS so bad.
Example 2: MIYAMATO USAGI!! People need to watch the show of his, he's actually so silly. PLEASE PLEASE. In my fic, he IS shipped with Leo.. ish, okay so I have no idea how to make their dynamic or even go about it. I don't ship them, they look cute, I see it but IT'S JUST YEAH. I really want to. I love them separately, they're compatible, idk guys.
