Over the weekend my wife made a HUGE batch of one of my fav dishes: chicken & noodles! Perfect for a cold winter day to warm the belly. She works hard all week, comes home each night to take care of me, then does this. I can never tell her enough how lucky and honored I am that she does all she does for me, our home and family. And being a little spoiled by her is kinda cool, too. 😉 (Sorry for the poor pic. I'm not too good at taking foodie pics 🤷‍♂️)

Being a fan of anime and fantasy I am constantly amazed with digital artists. From Michelangelo's painting on canvas, to WLOP's painting with pixels it is truly awe-inspiring to me. Each day seems to bring new breakthroughs in tech that seemingly revolutionizes the way we view all kinds of art. Can't wait to see what breakthrough happens tomorrow...

When I was a kid, displays like this were the same as a Christmas tree. Every now-and-then I'll run across one of these today and that same little kid comes out again. 😁

not a dream

As most of you know, Croatia has been hit by a pretty big earthquake today, another big one this year (what you should know is that before 2020 we never had huge earthquakes like that and now we had a few pretty big ones in the midst of a pandemic so people including myself really don’t know how to react and it’s stressful and horrible to live through it and I know many people can relate because they’ve went through similar traumatic experiences themselves), there’s been casualties, some villages are completely gone, two towns are basically falling apart, there’s damage in the town where I live (Zagreb), too and my whole house shook like a leaf for a good moment when it was happening, and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that I thought I was going to die in that moment (my mom shared with me that she basically feared the same) because it felt like the house was going to fall on us because of how bad the earthquake was, thank the Heavens that we’re fine physically and our home is undamaged, but a lot of people were not so lucky and now there’s just so much destruction and sadness and fear left in place where there used to be happy families, peaceful family homes, and victims are still being found/saved and it’s just a lot so I’ll be sharing some posts and resources which people from my country and other countries as well can use if they can help monetarily in any way (if not, even sharing is a huge way to help so please don’t feel bad about yourself if you can’t donate, I understand how rough this year has been and want you all to take care of yourselves).

I'm new to Tumblr and will probably make some screwups, but I most def have a safe space. I'm here to learn and love more. ALL are welcome no matter who you are. (Except those that don't like cats, dogs, or BATMAN. I admit I'm a serious Judger of those individuals, but I'm working on that. 😁) I'm here to learn by asking questions and listenin. If my questions sound hurtful, they are not meant to be. I'm just a guy lookin' around, trying to figure out this thing called "life".
