Another great thing to learn whilst we're still in 2024: if you struggle with your goals, you may be setting the heat too high. Meaning, you're trying to achieve too much, perhaps more than you can right now, probably on a too short period of time.
I like to think of life as a game sometimes, and in the game of life, speedrunning isn't the answer. You can't finish the main quest without going through the necessary levelling up, which happen when you get through minor, sometimes boring and annoying and menial, quests. You have to go by it step by step, or you'll just get squashed by some mini-boss.
What I mean is: it's okay, and it IS ambitious, to set your sights on smaller, more "mundane" goals. It's valid and inspirational if your goals for 2025 are things like making your bed every day, showering once a day, or not going to sleep without doing the dishes. It's fine if your goals are just to survive, to make it through the day, to find something that will make you keep going.
And, of course, it's fine to not have any goals, any resolutions, and just see where the year will take you.
tl;dr: anything you do next is fine because it's your life.
