It was not common knowledge, and in fact was held only in the closest confidence by his most intimate associates, that Ben Organa-Soloâs heart had been captured by a Royal Navy captain as thoroughly as she captured and conveyed enemy vessels. However, despite his age and desire to be wed, he allowed himself to be persuaded against the match, for his dearly beloved mother was uncertain as to the young ladyâs youth and her sonâs proclivities for shouting matches and dueling.
