Happy Pride from my two favorite lesbian Disney Princesses!
Anxious and sad. Hyenas help. Plus I’ve missed my markers...
My favorite characters from TLK franchise. Those lions can suck it.
Madoa, Banzai, Jasiri, Janja, Shenzi and Ed.
Characters belong to Disney.
Art is mine.
“Well, when I’m King/Queen that’ll be the first thing to go!”
When I was 10 years old I had no idea why Jean Grey and Storm reminded me of Nala and Simba … maybe it was Jean’s enchanting green eyes. Maybe it was Ororo’s slightly cocky attitude and her lustrous mane.
Or maybe it was the fact these two were madly in love such good friends.
All these characters belong to Disney now?
Art is mine.
I’ve had these guys packed up since 1996. Finally decided to draw them ...
Good Lion Kids.
Bolt is a weird movie. Cute, but weird.
Characters belong to Disney.
Art is mine.
Gal pals.
Characters belong to Disney.
Art is mine.
Doggie Mums.
Happy Mother’s Day.
Characters belong to Disney and Universal respectively.
Art is all mine.
So if you know me you know how much I want a third Rescuers movie about Bernard and Bianca's children. Will we ever get it? Eh, probably not Anyway, here are some vignettes of Bernard and Bianca and their little mouse pups Bernie and Nicolette. Bernie is a scrapper - note the notch in his ear, but he's also a cinnamon roll around his baby sister Nicolette. He also has a plushie that looks like Joanna from the second movie! Orville takes the kids out sometimes on the wing. Bianca wants her pups to explore the world, but Bernard would rather them stay close to home Bernard and Bianca and Orville belong to Disney. Bernie and Nicolette are my characters. Art is all mine.
“Are you my Grandpa?”
I have a theory that Delilah is from the second litter of Dottie and Dipstick, making her Pongo and Perdy's grandpup and Oddball's younger sister. I believe Delilah looks up to Oddball a great deal and sees her as the family hero who ultimately took down Cruella. Dorothy, Delilah and Doug's youngest pup, resembles her Auntie Oddball a lot. (I think Dorothy would be thrilled to meet another Dalmatian who is not very spotty. Oddball never has many spots and the few she has are very light.) Here Dorothy meets her great-Grandpa, Pongo, the aging patriarch of the family. I may be totally wrong, but I think this picture is charming!
Characters belong to Disney.

Smile, Brother!

Is it just me or do the Lioness Queens not get enough love?
All characters belong to Disney except for Kiara’s babs: Jason who is mine and Lilt who is Koeyohte’s. Art is mine.
Disney make an sequel to Oliver & Co. Oliver is a grownup housepet and there is a looming war on the NYC streets between the children of Dodger/Rita and Georgette/Tito and Dodger comes into Jenny’s house to proposition Oliver and he says, “Com’on, kid, one last job …” because Jenny’s away at college. And Oliver is conflicted because he loves his Uncle Tito too and just wants to live out his life as a normal housecat and Georgette feels conflicted too because she loves Tito, a street dog, but she’s also loyal to Jenny, her human. Billy Joel, Joey Lawrence and Bette Midler can reprise their roles.
Every time I watch Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure I hold out hope in my heart that at the end of the movie Scamp and Angel will have puppies and everyone will be gathered around them, cooing and saying, “Oh, they’re all such little Scamps … er, why does that puppy look like that mean junkyard dog?”
Life is brief, but when it’s gone, Love goes on and on. - Disney’s Robin Hood
Happy Valentine’s Day.
Ah dang, I wanted Tiana and Naveen's offspring to show up in some form in Disney Descendants. Oh well, I knew better than to put my faith in that franchise Anyway, here are the twin daughters of Tiana and Naveen - Evangeline and Ray - named for the frogs' firefly pal and his unorthodox girlfriend. Evangeline is the younger of the two and is a bit of a tomboy. She detests anything "girlie" (which is why she's so mortified to be wearing a dress and playing flower-girl when her parents renew their vows: top right). Ray loves feminine dress and has all her dad's charm, but her Mamma's temper! Don't mess with her family. I wish Tiana and Naveen had stayed frogs or at least had the ability to shapeshift back and forth between amphibian and human. Oh well, in my headcanon, their daughters can shift from girls to frogs at will. I imagine they love exploring the bayou with their gator "Uncle" Louis and, of course, firefly watching. Tiana/Naveen belong to Disney. Evangeline/Ray and art is mine.
My favorite chicken ...
