Just a quick note about Liam being left-handed.
Lydia and Scott's relationship is so important to me, but its development is so interesting. Mainly, they are the last of the original pack to become actual friends. It's easy to forget but is s1 lydia was "into" scott, it was more of a power thing but she literally made out with him and was constantly flirting with him in front of jackson and allison. But lydia was the odd one out back then, and Scott didn't know or even really care about her they way he even did Jackson. She was Stiles' crush and Allison's best friend but not his friend in anything other than a group sense. In s2, pretty much everyone (sans stiles at least on purpose) ignores her. He tries to stop derek from killing her, but it's not out of specific care for her. Allison literally has to convince him to help her at her party bc it's their fault she's a social outcast now. Then when he and allison break up allison gets lydia and scott gets stiles and they stay separate through the summer until they have to work together again. Then in 3a when aiden says that they knew either danny or lydia would be important to scott but now they know its lydia, it's odd bc up until that point scott was significantly closer to danny, lydia was just more important supernaturally (not that anyone knew why yet)/storywise. She is now a full-fledged part of the team for the first time by mid 3a. But is the nogitsune and the death of allison that really ties together in an unspoken way. They both were attacked by peter and forced into a role of being responsible for the balance of the supernatural world, they both will never be the same after losing Allison, they both love stiles, they are both coming to understand they are incredibly powerful, taking the top two spots on the dead pool (being worth 25 and 20 million respectively). When the twins are talking to Derek, he says the Lydia would never run and hide BECAUSE OF SCOTT. Scott, in the second half of the show, is very protective of Lydia. And she comes to deeply respect him. When she and Meredith are discussing how not all monsters do monstrous things, Scott is the example she gives. He is what inspires her to want to help people, which is a motivation she does not start the series with but wholeheartedly embraces since mid s3. In s5 scott is finally able to heal not when he makes up with stiles but when they get lydia back which symbolizes the pack being fully back together, but more that Lydia is the only one theo never even tried to turn against scott, he had to literally incapacitate her because she wasn't keeping secrets from him like everyone else and I cant think of a situation where she would at that point because mutual trust and respect is at the foundation of their relationship as it wasn't built out of natural affection but an affection forged in the matching scars of the same fire. Out of Theo's dream pack, Lydia is the one that he would have the hardest job corrupting. Without stiles in s6, his growing relationship with malia and mentorship role with Liam, Lydia becomes Scott's most genuine source of friendship and stability. The are once again in the same place of putting their life on pause to stay to protect beacon hills. Lydia is the only pack member other than scott to not constantly suggest murder, they are the most intune morally and strategically. He is constantly risking his life to save her and vice versa. They are the two main characters to be in every season. They are the two people who intrigue the supernatural world the most. They understand eachother, they are family, they are pack.
the show might have forgotten about werewolf lens flare/eye shine but i remember
its the inconvenience of it all. the mark of otherness even in their human skin
even beyond avoiding flash photography! its the having to be careful whenever you're out at night so nobody catches your eyes reflecting under the street lamps (that one scene. of scott and and allison in the car when his eyes keep turning yellow from the tapetum lucidum. lives rent free)
also eye exams..ik they don't need to go to any doctors but i feel like it falls into the same category as going to the dentist which werewolves should still go to (maybe skip the x-rays) and i feel like it's easy to forget about the flash thing since going to the eye doctor is like a yearly thing so can you imagine like freshly turned scott just going to his yearly appointments like a good nurse's kid and the optometrist just freaking out because why is his eyes flaring like that. some eye doctor in beacon hills is just internally freaking out bc of the weird conditions of several of his teenage patients i think that would be kinda funny
scott mccall enjoyers pleasee stop ceding to haters that he's stupid even a little. he was keeping his grades high enough to stay lacrosse captain while not just fighting but outmaneuvering fully grown adults with superpowers on the reg. he graduated with his peers after dying like 3 times and counting and wasn't so much as held back because of it, and that's not to mention his emotional intelligence that repeatedly surpasses those around him regardless of age. it's not only patronizing, it's blatantly contradicted by canon #stopthepropoganda
I think we’re forgetting the meaning of queerbait
Never forgiving the Teen wolf writers for bringing up Scott and Stiles being roommates during college TWICE in two separate seasons and then going ahead and not letting them be roommates after all.
someone make a edit to ruin the friendship with stydia s6... pls

i'm mad that they didn't go anywhere with derek and braeden. they could've been a power couple like braeden would've turned that loft into a home
little miss thing
No one asked but you know what I think. I think even if Theo tried, he could never kill hayden like he could with Tracey and Josh. Corey is a whole other story. The sweet one that couldn't hurt a fly, wormed his way into theo's heart. But Hayden was different. She was like him. Independent. Confident. Spent most of their life to hospitals. Lost their life to the dread doctors as their experiments. She is powerful. Dangerous if taught because she was part jaguar. We know she was bonded with noah (the part beserker) before the dread doctors caught him. What else could she do with them. And she was faster and more agile than most werewolves. And she was incredibly smart and had a lot of patience. She was what Tara could've been. He sees Tara in her. He's softer with her than the others. She hates him but she misses him. She hates the fact he killed Tracey and Josh but she understands him. Albeit he lost most of her respect after killing Tracey and Josh and not even keeping their powers (which is what he killed them for.) But she'll be angry and yet defend him. She's his biggest hater but his biggest defender. When she left beacon Hills, he messages her. (Like Corey definitely does). Updates her on what's going on even if she just reads and never responds. He can never fully apologise but he knows how it is to die now. How it feels. How much pain she was in at the end. She won't reply but he knows she reads them. And maybe one day, she'll actually respond to him. (Like she does with Corey) Maybe he'll see her again one day and they can talk without fighting or underlining anger or guilt. One day.
