Do you know what issue it was that had Barry and Hal talking about Superman holding back against Barry in a race?

@frogmanwritings I usually name my panel screencaps with the title of the run/issue number so I can remember what story I pulled them from, but this is one I haven’t read myself. I’ve never been able to track down where the panels came from, but if I can find the source, I’ll be sure to let you know!

Update!! The amazing @ilovethemtoomuch came through clutch with an answer: this panel is from issue #2 of the JLA Incarnations (2001) mini by Ostrander and Semeiks.
