♡~ “Do you need help, Adachi-san?”
What? Why was Nanako-chan here? Coughs.
"I’m fine, Nana-chan. Really."
♡~ She can see he's definitely not fine. Is that an extra wrinkle, Adachi-san?
♡~ "Are you sure? I can make you something!"
Stares at kitchen.
♡~ "Do you need help, Adachi-san?"
headphonestrash replied to your post:mun intro (a little late but w/e) [[MOR] hello...
NANAKO GO HOME
g-go fuck yourself yosuke
He walks down the seemingly empty hall, lost in thought. This whole situation was frustrating, no doubt, yet it was the least of his worries. Inquiries related to his brothers kept Tenka busy, filled his mind; messed him up from deep inside. Were they at this facility too? If not, had they noticed that he was gone? And most importantly — were they safe?
The presence of another interrupts his thinking. He gives in to curiosity and peeks around the corner, only to find a young child hiding. Poor kid, she looked frightened. With a smile, warm as the sun itself, the tall man bends down to meet her eye-level. "Hey there, little one," he carefully approaches, his voice rather soft. "Are you lost?"
"I’m Tenka. What’s your name?"
♡~ When she sees the stranger round the corner, having noticed her, she flinches. Her first instinct is to run, but her legs refuse to move an inch. If she moved at all with her unsteady legs, she would immediately fall.
♡~ Slowly, she turns her head to the stranger and finds not the face of a villain but a bright smile. Some of her fear dissipates. A person who could smile like that couldn't be bad, right? It reminds her a little of big bro's bright smiles.
♡~ She's silent for a moment after the young man, Tenka, introduces himself. Her fear mingles with nervousness; it's a bad time to let her shyness get the best of her. "M-my name...? I'm Nanako," she says tentatively, unsure if she should trust Tenka just yet. Her dad had always told her not to talk to strangers, but she knows that in a situation like this, the more nice people the better.
"Uwah… Pretty…"
It probably wasn’t the brightest of ideas to wander into the forest alone, but…simply sitting around in his room had only served to make him restless and anxious; and he’d heard a few times that nature had a soothing effect on the weary mind. He wasn’t entirely sure of the validity of the claim, but…there was no harm in trying, right?
(It was unlikely the place would be especially dangerous, after all. If the Groundskeeper intended to make this a test of survival, B-ka…would have been dead a long time ago.)
It was with that in mind that he’d made his way here—and oh, he was so glad he had! There were so many colorful flowers and plants to look at here, many of which he’d never seen in Japan, or even in books! This was definitely more than enough to take his mind off things…
So much so, in fact, that he apparently failed to notice the faint rustling in the bushes behind him—
♡~ Being trapped away from familiarity and family feels like a dream to Nanako; the whole situation even feels surreal to the girl who daydreams of fighting crime with magical powers. The walls of the building feel suffocating and alien. She turns each corner of the hall with trepidation, and sprints away from any strangers she saw. Though she feels a strange power drawing her somewhere, to that someone the voice mentioned before probably, her fear override everything else.
♡~ She bursts through front entrance and runs blindly forward, ignoring the curious and concerned faces of those outside. Her feet take her deep into the forest. If she didn't know any better, she would feel awe at the natural beauty of the place. However, even the natural rays of the sun peaking through the leaves gives an unnatural vibe.
♡~ Once the building is out of sight, she slows her sprint to a walk, breathing heavily from exerting her small body so much. She could feel her heart beating in her ears, making her miss the voice of a stranger nearby.
♡~ And she doesn't notice there's anyone nearby until she's staring at that person's back. She's half way through crossing through a bush when she sees someone less than two meters in front of her. Immediately fear strikes her, and she falls into the bush, tearing parts of her sleeves and tights on its prickles.
♡~ Involuntarily, she lets out a small shout when she landed. Her hands clasp over her mouth, regretting the noise she made.
He notices the small figure out the corner of his eye, and tells himself to turn around and walk away. He’s not about to get caught up in something more troublesome than what he already finds himself in, and kids always mean trouble. Always.
And he’s about to do it. But something in him stirs when he sees the trepidation with which the girl hides back behind the corner, obviously thrown into something she didn’t quite comprehend. Hell, no one here did, let alone a kid like her. But she makes him think of the gentleness which he was once shown, and he finds himself inexplicably drawn into action.
He walks towards her, slowly, one arm slung through the center of his yukata - bokuto hanging easily at his side - before he comes to a halt just short of where she hides.
"What’s a kid like ya doing in a place like this?" His tone isn’t exactly warm, but it certainly isn’t threatening.
♡~ Her eyes close as she hears the footsteps draw closer to her. It seems, unlike her idol, Loveline, she has no power to hide her presence when she needs it most. Though the footsteps are calm and deliberate, she feels infinite trepidation because, no matter who the person is, they're most likely a stranger.
♡~ The footsteps stop and she knows the other person is extremely close. When she hears a voice, one that doesn't sound dangerous (and one that isn't like the voice from the speaker before), some of her fear dissipates, but her heart still races. Slowly, her eyes open, directed at the tiles of the floor, but she still clings to the wall.
♡~ "I-I don't... know," she answers in a small voice. Her mouth opens as if she's going to say something else, but she immediately decides against speaking more.
mun intro (a little late but w/e)
♡~ A young child wanders the halls of the facility, completely out of place in the ominous setting. Her heart beats fast and her entire being shakes from fear; this place is far from home, she can tell, and that terrifies her. However, she tries to put on a braver facade, trying to emulate the calm face of her big bro.
♡~ She tentatively peeks over a corner and sees a person walking in her direction, the first person she's seen so far. Stricken by nervousness and fear, she hides back behind the corner and holds her breath.

Cousins { Yu and Nanako
"This city make me feel so uneasy."
He felt chills of people talking about him earlier today and hopefully, just hopefully it wasn’t an omen. Sometimes Yu felt like he was a walking weirdness magnet and also he attracts too many people towards him. Maybe he needs to change his name and his hairstyle also hair color.
Or maybe he is just plain weird.
Anyway, he saunters a bit going around on a stroll at a park watching kids play around. They look really carefree.
"I wonder how’s Nanako doing."
Nanako was only recently released from the hospital, having recovered from her head injury. Though she felt a little uneasy on her feet, she decided to stay strong and do her part. She had planned to simply go shopping since Yukiko used all the food in the house to try and make her last dish, but she found herself being sidetracked.
This park was a new place to her and it brought her a sense of awe when she looked around, seeing the trees and all the kids playing. But, one image stood out to her. She could feel her heart rate rising in anticipation.
Slowly, she approached, hiding behind various objects like trees and trashcans to confirm her suspicions. Once she was sure, she sped up into a run and gave an energetic hug to her big bro.
"Big bro!!"
"B-big bro?"
Her head throbbed. She sat up in her hospital bed and looked around. The thoughts swarming in her head were muddled and confusing, and one emotion stood out above the rest: anger. She didn't know why she was here; her memories of the events leading up to her hospitalization were cloudy, but she knew she had felt an intense rush of anger and then a sudden release of that anger.
She still felt a tingling irritation at the back of her mind.
What was her prodigy doing out on the street injured?!
"N-Nanako-chan!" cue a model scooping her up (she was surprisingly light!), don’t worry this wasn’t a ‘freedom’ mission.
"Nanako-chan, are you alright?! Let’s get you patched up. Who did this?— Actually nevermind the questions can wait."
She was glad someone familiar picked her off the streets, but she let out a yelp of pain being moved so suddenly with her injuries. Soon, however, she relaxed into Elesa's arms.
"B-big sis...? It... It hurts..."
Her eyes closed before she can say another word. The little girl was completely worn out from today's events, and it was the first time she had been injured so badly that she was bleeding this much.
phantomknob replied to your post:She was slowly limping home, bleeding from her...
[justin timberlake voice] bye bye bye
She was slowly limping home, bleeding from her head and her nose, covered in bruises and cuts. That fight took too much out of her.
If she took one more step-- slam.
She fell to the ground, her legs unable to take anymore exertion.
Considering Ciel was on the brink of having an asthma attack, things would have to end soon for the both of them. He sat up with some difficulty, head spinning from where he’d had it smashed into the floor, and glowered at the smaller girl.
He pushed himself to his feet, staggering a little, flipped the younger girl off in a moment of utmost maturity and unpetty revenge, and began to walk in the direction of Maple Apartment, fingers fumbling in his pockets for his inhaler.
Nanako was prepared for another confrontation when the boy stood up, but instead all she received was a single finger stuck out at her. It was...
...so funny! Just a moment ago the boy was so prideful, but he was reduced to petty things like this. She knew she had won this battle. Holding her stomach, she giggled and giggled away until the adrenaline drained from her system. A sharp pain from her head silenced her giggles. She reached up to the epicenter of the pain and realized there was blood. She had to get home or to the hospital fast, but her legs would only move at a snail's pace.
