I’m so happy with this beautiful work from @kaseypottertattoos, I tell you what. Finally memorialized my love for King of the Hill, my heroes Hank Hill and @realmikejudge, and of course, beer. Still a little fresh and bloody, but the colors are perfect and this thing is going to make me smile every damn day. The kicker is that Kasey is a native Texan. Had the pleasure of playing to 70+ super nice folks in a backyard this weekend! House shows are such a joy. Everyone was so attentive, and after it got dark the tree frogs became part of the tunes and it was excellent.
This desktop is an analog desktop. No laptops or typing allowed, there’s a digital desktop for that. I’ve had it for years; my dad built it with his hands. It has been used in service of many endeavors from recording music to making comics and beyond, but it was recently stored in a closet. I rescued it this morning thanks to @austinkleon and my constant search for the perfect space. Forever attempting to organize and optimize my workspace to allow for maximum inspiration and creative compartmentalization; multi-purpose is the maxim.
The next Mountain Party release found its way today. I don’t know how long before it’s ready, but I can tell you that it’s urgent. It is not like any MP release before it. It is a composition for these times. #proletariat
