LET’S GO JOHNNY 🎉🎉🎉
Never doubted you for a minute, congrats❤️
Justice for Johnny Depp.Â
Reblog if you’re with me.Â

From your enemies
Tonto is literally Jack Sparrow in another life. I love him so much <3
I’ve noticed that Johnny Depp almost always says “Captain Jack” instead of just “Jack” when he is talking about his character, and I appreciate this on a whole other level. He makes sure there is a “Captain” in there somewhere.Â
Yeah yeah Davy Jones is the bad guy…but think about this for a minute. Calypso essentially convinced him to do the whole “Captain of the Flying Dutchman thing” so Jones spent 10 years stuck out on the sea, just so that he could see Calypso for that one day. He was probably looking forward to seeing her every moment during that 10 years. Then, he finally gets to go on land, and she’s not there. Imagine how heartbreaking that would be! As if that’s not bad enough, Calypsos only reason for not being there was “it’s who I am”. I’m sorry, what? So Jones is just suppose to be like “Ok, cool, I guess I’ll just wait another 10 years then.” No wonder he went bad! I just can’t bring myself to hate the guy. Of course what happened to him is no excuse for the bad things he did, but I think he at least deserves a little understanding.
Snow!Jack Sparrow Headcanons
• He doesn’t have much experience with snow, but being the well-traveled pirate that he is he’s seen it a few times
• He absolutely hates it, but only because of the cold. He actually thinks it looks very nice
• Whenever they come across snow he locks himself in his cabin to stay warm, but he leaves the shutters open so that he can look at it
• After a while Jack will feel bad about staying in his cabin while he makes the rest of the crew man the ship, so he reluctantly comes out and takes the wheel
• The cold makes Jack shiver so much that Gibbs feels sorry for him and will eventually come over and offer to take Jack’s place at the wheel
• Jack always accepts this offer
• One time the Pearl got stuck on an iceberg. Jack did go out in the snow that time to help get it unstuck
• It was terribly windy, his beard froze, and the cold made him sneeze constantly. That was the last time he left his ship during a snowstorm
• Generally speaking, Jack avoids going to cold and possibly snowy places at all cost, preferring the warm weather of the Caribbean

Sick!Jack Sparrow headcannons
• He doesn’t get sick very often, so he doesn’t know what to do when he does
• He won’t tell anyone he’s not feeling well because he doesn’t want to bother anyone
• Eventually people notice because he becomes unusually quite, withdrawn, and agitated
• Usually when he’s sick he has a high fever, he’s very tired and wants to sleep
• He’s strangely compliant when sick, he won’t argue about taking medicine or hydrating
• He’s also a big softie, saying thank you for everything anyone does for him, it’s heartbreakingly sweet how vulnerable he is
• He downplays how sick he feels, so if he admits to feeling bad he must feel really bad
• He doesn’t even want rum because his fever makes him nauseous
• Getting him to eat is a slight challenge, because he really doesn’t feel well, but if you ask nicely he will eat some soup
• Once he feels better he pretends the whole affair didn’t happen and refuses to admit that he has a soft side
Find me a better looking man. I’ll wait.
Because Jack jokes around so much and is usually such a carefree character, when he becomes serious it carries more weight. It captures our attention more since these moments are rare. It ads a whole other level of complexity to his character and I love it!
This is my favorite picture of Jack Sparrow.
This is a picture of a man who is human.
This is a picture of a man who has regrets.
This is a picture of a man who has been hurt.
This is a picture of a man who still manages to smile and laugh and make the best of life.
