I wanted to ask you’re advice, since I don’t know how to do so privately, this is the means I’ve come to. I was wondering if this would be a sufficient workout 5days a week. It does build up a sweat, I do enjoy it, it’s versatile, and there are things I still am no good at. I’m just concerned that my body will get used to it. I’m just trying to get back into a steady schedule. What do you think? Please and thank you
I think that looks great! And as you get stronger you can move even faster! I would change the march in place to a jog in place when you get a but stronger too 8)
Still using this as my method of at home cardio. I’m back to just at home workouts. This is still very fun to do and works up a sweat! I tend to add and take away what i want to change it up.
