She and Jason certainly struggle with sitting still a lot more than I do, so no arguments there. Or at least they always did; I suppose now theyâre adults who can sit still perfectly fine when the occasion calls for it. That makes you sound like you should be part of a deck of cards when you put it that way, Ali. Itâs okay, really; you donât need to apologize for having a bad day or three or thirty. I just hope you didnât mean those things, although if you did, I couldnât blame you. Iâm sure I didnât stay as calm and collected as I should have, so Iâm sorry if I said anything hurtful back.
I still havenât seen Jules be able to sit still that much but thatâs because I think sheâs always been an eager beaver for adventure. Granted I havenât really seen her around the castle, so. I do need to apologize because I really shouldnât have been such a dick to you. I didnât mean them. Honestly, you mean a lot to me and I just... I really am sorry. I hope you can forgive me, Beccaw. You had every right to retaliate so thereâs nothing to be sorry for.

In retrospect, I donât know that Iâve ever been grounded. That would mean just leaving me alone in my room with books; Iâd enjoy it entirely too much. You werenât. I mean, maybe a teeny tiny bit, but you were upset about things, and Iâve been told I should be less sensitive, so itâs not a problem. I just hope youâre feeling better now.
....Why am I not surprised in the slightest, miss? Jules would have done more for a grounding, that poor girl canât sit still for five minutes. Exactly, I was definitely an ass of jacks. Or at least thatâs apparently what I called it when I was little, so. Either way... Iâm really sorry and I hope you can forgive me. Also, you being sensitive isnât a bad thing.

Actually, if my mum ever texts me again, thatâs exactly what I plan on saying to her, but I understand there are different circumstances here. At least youâre well beyond the age where she could reasonably ground you for that kind of thing!
